Difference between mk2 scopes?

Vicarious Mind

Can anyone tell me the difference between the mk2 scopes? Such as the zoom levels or recoil differences? Are there any changes in accuracy reticle bloom when equipping any of the different scopes or having no scope at all?

AFAIK, there's none, they're pretty much the same aside from appearance, which is a shame IMO.

 

The only exceptions are the Heavy Sniper MKII and Marksman Rifle MKII scopes, the former has Thermal and Night Vision scopes with less zoom and the latter can be used as a Standard rifle if the Holographic Sight is equiped.

Basically i feel that the large scope on the combat mg has more zoom than the holographic scope. I'm not sure if this has any sort of effect on accuracy or rendering or draw distance. That's what I'm trying to figure out myself.

None, small scope's dot only get's less blurry, but still covers all view if target too distant. Holographic sight does nothing at all, it's holographic version of muzzle-sight. I prefer small scope on my marksman assault rifle:).

Standard sight feels better to me. I'm using Carbine rifle MKII for routine without scope or holographic sight.

Answer your question small scope is better for distant targeting. I use one for this purpose on Bullpup MKII APR.

Answer your question small scope is better for distant targeting. I use one for this purpose on Bullpup MKII APR.

Large scope. It's worth free aiming the combat mg outside of lock-on range if a switch to the marksman might cost you the fight.

What are the zoom levels for the other scopes?

 

Such as the medium or holographic scope on the mk2 combat mg?

In my opinion it does not worth, I didn't notices any decent zoom in given to compare to MR, plus this big dot with MG shaking just cover all the scope, you will shoot blindly in a distance where you could still be ok with iron or holographic sight.

I've noticed that with the large scope the recoil is much more pronounced
