Provide an image that is SFW and doesn't violate any of the forum rules. (No nudity, racism, or gore) Provide all the information we will need for the emblem. (Top rocker is where the name of the MC goes, while the bottom rocker usually provides the region/state/county) Provide us with a color scheme for your emblem. Keep an eye on your thread, in case any of the artists have any questions.
