New to this game, mods get me to the "corrupt data" message.

I've installed NaturalVision Remastered using the official instructions (including VisualIV, OpenIV and all the other required tools), and installation completes just fine.

However, when loading, I get the "corrupt data" error and I can't play.

I understand that this should be fixed using OpenIV.asi but, in ScriptHookV's log, there's no reference to it, meaning that it's probably not being loaded.

 

I'm on the latest GTA V version (I don't know patch number but I just downloaded it from RSC so it must be the latest one).

 

How can I fix this and get into modding?
