OpenIV crashing when pressing any arrow key while playing any GTA IV cutscene

Recently OpenIV has been crashing whenever I press any arrow key while playing any cutscene from GTA IV through the animation viewer. Most of the time the program will freeze and crash and not even load an error message as the blue error window will freeze and crash too.

This issue is fixed in latest maintenance update.
