Doomsday Heist - Setup Save Failures

Please excuse me if this isn't the correct place to post this, as I just learned of this site and this is my first post.

Has anyone else experienced issues with Doomsday Heist setups saving correctly after you complete them since this past Tuesday's (5/29) update? I have two friends that have had their progress get "reset" after we completed a couple of them (Avenger, Rescue ULP). I personally haven't continued them as a host since I didn't want to lose my own progress as well. I read somewhere else that clearing the PS4 cache may help resolve this, but I'm not sure they've tested this.

I did not face any issue so far but i have a very unlucky friend who got trapped into a cul-de-sac a couple of days ago while going after a 2p cmm: they did complete the Khandjali setup and both had "completed" message at the end of it, their progress was 26/29 for both of them but they were never able to play the next prep. In heist room, the prep was not available and the Khandjali setup was still appearing as "to be played". They both were warned their progress would be reset when they tried to play the Khandjali setup.

Has this been fixed? Been offline a few days.
