Why can't rockstar just get rid of these blatantly hacked world records? Also why did they make 3 awards impossible on the new generation systems? (Full Metal Jacket, The Record Holder and The Salvaged)

 

Additional moan edit: Also what happened to the skippable intro cutscenes etc, what's this all legal wall of text about? Might not be related to GTAO but it still annoys me. Why I gotta watch some 5 star wanted level rising, 2 rockstar logos and 2 walls of text? Why can't I skip like in 3D universe? Most annoying is when you start a heist and you have to watch an extremely pointless cutscene of you all walking out, then standing there like a bunch of morons for 12 seconds, as if the loading times aren't already bad enough? This waiting is extremely annoying when doing an elite challenge for example.

They'd find a spot on the track and stay there, just serving as impediments to other drivers, ramming into the people trying to drive around them. Not a lot of room on some of these stunt tracks. Even after 4 races, the host wouldn't give them the boot. I won 3 of them, but was just so frustrated (I hate when a win isn't "clean") with those dingleberries that I left and chilled on my yacht.

 

I had two teaming up to go against the track direction and kick me off the track by ramming me. Happened two times in the same race, when I was at second place catching up. I have the suspicion of them being in league with the one leading the field, since they themselves didn't stand any chance given their suicidal manoeuvers.

Did a little solo stunt grinding for double RP and money. And what did I see at one track? A world record of 00.00.00. Wonder if anyone manages to arrive before they started at some time. Beating the speed of light or something like that.

Oh yea,h saw that one too. Was it East Coast? THat's one 00:00:00 record.

 

I guess the pathetic losers have resorted to scripts that speeds up the teleporting using the creator glitch.

 

Why even bother having World Record achievements/awards if they're not going to make sure they're legit?

 

Yep, Rockstar should just remove these on PC. Whenever I have seen a record it is under like 20 seconds for every race in a car, plane, boat etc. Always been this way. It's stupid and makes the game look bad.

My favorite is when I f*ck up on a loop, end up in 9th in a full field, haul ass and claw back up to second, with the leader 14 seconds ahead. And he f*cks up, so I catch up, and bully for 1st, and as soon as I make my move he tries to shove me off the track, then I get blocked by an "AFKer" on the next to last lap, pushing me behind again, only for Mr. "I can't drive" to f*ck up again hard enough for me to take a significant lead.

I probably wouldn't have won every race I've played today if these morons would figure out how to drive.

Duel is a great track. Until people block the really narrow section near the start with the pipe thingies. Words don't do enough to describe how cancerous those people are.

I'm thinking this can't be good but I was wrong. The police were just kinda there they didn't go on the track or interfere at all. Not a single police heli bullet hit my car.

Last lap in a big lead after a hard battle 2nd and third wrecked each other looks like a clear win. 66k less than a half mile away, 2nd is 7 secs behind. Coming down the last f*ckING turn, a f*ckING military bitch standing in the middle of the f*cking turn does what???

 

He shot ONE (let me repeat) ONE f*ckING BULLET at my car, and where the f*ck does it hit????

 

My rear MOTHAf*ckING tire, that sh*t pops and my car fly over the f*ckING fence. I hit retry and the screen went black for 32 years than finally respawned me 37 light years away from the finish line. I get 6th place. f*ck

My left trigger doesn't work in vehicles anymore. Works fine for every other freaking aspect of the game but driving cars or piloting planes. I've reloaded my game, restarted my Xbox 1. Even a different controller. The left trigger allows me to reverse some cars but only very slowly. Anyone, please?

Sounds like the spring inside. Take it apart and pop off the trigger and bend the spring back.

But everything else works... even other driving games. And I tried other controllers. I have seen other reports of the Right trigger not working or being stuck on but can't find anyone else with my issue.Weird. Not sure what it could be.

I played as Trevor for a little while last night suffering my Left Trigger issue. When I loaded up my game this morning it was fixed. I'm wondering if I switched characters sometime while performing an action as Trevor and it just never got the message on the rest of the game so my trigger was forever *busy*.

The rear-facing Penthouses have the same lighting as the front-facing one, so you get the reflection of the setting sun on the floor, along with the accompanying glow, and long shadows, even though you're facing in the opposite direction. f*cking useless.

"Rockstar will never patch harmless glitches!". So they patched the combat boots with leather pants glitch. But the heist armor in free roam glitch...not problematic at all!

Always, always, add BP tires to PVs. Yes, that seems unnecessary for cars you don't take in Freeroam/missions, but just do it.

If you were in a Customs: Off race, then you were just unlucky and the host needs a torque wrench to the sack.

In order to beat the time on Criminal Records you need to make a lap at a greater average speed than the Hydra can achieve in a 90-degree nosedive at its maximum speed.

Considering that the effect only works when you add a spoiler, yes, it is a bug or glitch or whatever.

I hate losing stunt races in the last meters, when you've been leading for 1.5 laps by not a small margin... Then you see that second spot coming closer and closer, while your bike keeps losing more and more speed.... Then you see them rushing by and defeating you with quite a big leap... All during those last few hundred meters to the finish...

 

And you worked so damn hard to get to that topspot.. To get and stay at that number one spot, despite all those lowlife double cash searchers trying to bump/crash you off track right from the getgo and that first turn... Then during the race whenever they get the chance by catchup, when you clearly do NOT display that despicable behaviour...

Then you get the above mentioned scenarios... And overall, these stuntraces are pretty fun, when people keep it nice, clean and fair.. But that's hardly ever... All you need is one troll and the ram-disease spreads like wildfire... :-)

 

Can anyone tell me why assholes are drawn to this game anyway? I'm not playing that long, but every single race I've done was full of rammers.

Why would that cause problems. You're not gambling for real money after all. If that would cause problems, a lot of games would be forbidden.

You are indirectly gamblimg for real money.

However as long as there isn't a way to withdraw the money it is a grey zone.

Apart from that R* should be very carefull, companies like Valve have also got sues for supporting gambling with their skins in CSGO amd those were gambling sites, run by third party people.

 

Lastly, I am so f*cking sure that 99% of people would go flame R* because they lost their money at the Casino, meanwhile not realizing that a Casino is not supposed to be a place to earn money...
