I'm not sure if the bought vehicles, apart from the models you can't pinch on the road, are any better than the regular ones, if they are maxed out at the mechanics.

 

I bought one of the bikes and sold it again. With loss, of course, after noticing that I'm as fast or even faster on the regular ones I had stolen before and modified.

Before I even got online to check the update Maned told me that the Dune is a pegasus vehicle. I mean, while I hoped I didn't really expect you could store or upgrade it, but anyway rockstar...

It's bad enough that the AI can see you when you can't see them (through foliage etc) but it's really unfair that they can fire at you without their red dot showing up. If I'm having to put up with enemies who individually could compete with and probably take down a Terminator then at least play fair with the rules.

Yea that's why I destroy the Titan before it takes off. Although I did have one instance (First time doing the mission) where the Titan hovered after leaving the airfield and I was able to take it down using a HL.

EWO + passive + jet + off radar fu(k these players. Mostly the weak EWO + passive combo. You want to go passive that's fine. Stay passive and stay out of the jet in passive.

Aarrrggg you bottom of the barrel players who turn on and off passive in a JET. WTF the jet still isn't enough for you ehh? You gotta turn passive on and off too. WEAKSAUCE!!

 

This was all the same guy. First he was EWO blowing up the kill feed.. by himself with himself before I even left my appartment, then I go get a kill he goes passive. Then off radar then I notice a jet coming my way. He's passive until he gets behind me. F U. It was only 1-1 but i still got so frustrated when he was EWO blowing up my kill feed with that weak sh it.

 

I'm seriously thinking of starting to kick/report these players from now on but I don't know if I want to open up that bag of milk.

 

I'm just so disappointed right meow. super frustrating. I only logged on to get that gold race outfit thing and maybe get some vip work done before work. I did all that but had to deal with my kill feed getting contaminated by some self harming player. Very sad, I think it's almost time for another break maybe game change for a bit.

I've never had to chase it that far unless someone goes right for a jet while I'm b-lining for the Hydra in Sandy Shores. If had played out that way and I had decided on hydra, I wouldn't have made the Titan in time had the lazor pilots not been able to take off.

 

 

In fact, I'm noticing some more screwy behavior. Vehicle explosions seem to have a longer range. Trash Talk, garbage truck. Two instances, a neighboring vehicle caught fire after I gunned down the gas tank on the truck, one instance being my vehicle. Unarmored, sure, but I've never seen explosions with that f*cking radius before.

I know it will never happen it seems and that ok. I never cared or wanted or thought about it until now... but I would like to be able to have everything offline in story that there is in online. I'm certainly not a story mode player and everyone's broke anyway but still. Just throwing it out there that I want everything online offers in story.

Alright, I'm done. If anyone gets near me while I'm in the top three in a race, you're eating a f*cking wall. One or both of us is going to eat sh*t. Period. Tired of being polite enough to not shove someone off a track, even going so far as to slam on the brakes. No more.

Some obviously have no other means to try to win than push others off the track. Usually crashing themselves in the process. There's quite a lot of human assholery in this game.

 

The only online games I played thus far were competitive racers. Among them the good old GPL, which really required some skills. Deliberately crashing into others would not only have you destroyed but kicked off the session in the process.

Well, I say this, then battle out 1st place in teh Maze ascend stunt race. Jester vs Ralleye. Both hit the pipe, one of the ones that splits and hops into another pipe. Neck and neck. Ralleye goes outside, jester swings in from mid, RALLEYE SMASHES JESTER MIDAIR AND OUT OF THE PIPE! HOLY sh*t I HOPE MY CLIP SAVED OVER THAT (I don't think so) But that was some sh*t straight out of f*cking speed racer and I ended up winning that race with over a full minute lead! God damn that felt f*cking great.

 

WHAT THE f*ck PLAYSTATION?! WHY DID YOU ONY SAVE TWO MINUTES?! f*ckING HEL I NEED THE FULL FIFTEEN MINUTE CLIP. c*nt. f*ckING sh*t ASS f*ck ASS f*ck DICKS.

Opt out of the race if you don't like it. Evens the odds if everyone's stuck with the vanilla rides. Obviously it's their party, since they are the hosts. Otherwise they couldn't turn them off.

I'm usually prepared to be reasonable on subjects here, but frankly, i'm sick of encountering hosts who turn custom vehicles off.

 

In a game that gives you an absurd number of vehicles to own and customise, there is frankly no excuse.

Eat me. I turn off customs for any race where I don't own one. Supers are the only class I have nothing in (and technically industrial, if you count ALL possible classes of vehicles to own). If you don't like it, host your own.

 

To note: f*ck your ED whatever spoiler stock tires.

f*ck your offroad tires.

f*ck your tacky colors.

Etc.
