Never had that problem with Chopper Tail, but I've had a problem where the chopper never starts flying to begin with. One time I backtracked to get my Hydra and flew all over the map looking for it.

 

 

 

It was a very common bug in 2014, if I remember correctly, but the bug had vanished for quite some time. It was working fine until a week ago, where the same bug came back. It's happened two or three times already now.

 

The devs just don't care. If they were to attend to the problem, and remove the mission so they could fix the bug, they would probably never give it back, just like they did with Chemical Extraction (removed twice, and I saw nothing wrong with it), Pick Up Sticks, Coveted, Pot Shot, American Exports, CCII, CCIII etc. They just don't care any more.

 

More like their bosses, or their boss' bosses don't care. And those people are focused on 3 things - Bringing in more money, squashing everything that might get in the way of bringing in more money, and new things that can be advertised to bring in more money. Glitches that can get you something or allow you to do something beyond the master plan are priority to be fixed, glitches that are issues with playing "old" activities are not.

Minding my own business when I get blown up out of nowhere. Some asshole off the radar in a Buzzard. Kid is rank 52, and keeps trying to kill me again and again. As soon as I start fighting back, he turns tail and runs off to Paleto Bay to hide out on his buddy's yacht. I follow and when he gets on board his friend's yacht, starts trying to snipe me. So, I do the responsible thing... I whip out the RPG and blow him to kingdom come. He respawns on shore and starts bitching, "I'm sorry! I just wanted one kill! Please leave me alone!" I do, and go back to Rat-Loader hunting. Five minutes goes by, and I hear tink, tink, tink on the back of my car. Look back and this douche is trying to shoot me through the back of my Zentorno. One kill, huh? I send a mugger after him, and wait around to see him get mugged. Mugger gets ten grand off him. I kill the mugger, and the douche and then just drive to my apartment and chill. Kid finds another Buzzard and flies straight at my apartment, trying to kill me and blowing himself up in the process. This goes on for a good six or seven minutes until he gives up. Don't dish it out if you can't take it, kiddo.

I want to start up more playlists to make money and have some fun doing it, only it takes long enough to get more than 6 people to join and almost always we all get kicked after the first game because a couple of people leave. I can't stand it when players back out because they lost a round.

 

Also, all these players running around in tactical gear playing soldiers. Really?

you can't fill your inventory either. It says full all the time.

Never explode the level-ending boss kill. That's been buggy forever.

 

Run the f*cker over, set fire to him, stab him, cut him in half with your rotor blades. Just don't blow him up.

 

It's usually related to killing an enemy before you activate the yellow marker but in any event, he needs to stay in one piece.

This only happens when you're a VIP (or bodyguard in a VIP outfit) in free roam.

I think it's the amount of players myself. It probably just doesn't cope with more than 16 very well.

 

I agree. But then you have people demanding a higher maximum capacity of players in a single session, with number of up to 60 players. lol

 

That ain't happening.

 

 

The game can barely cope with 16 players, never mind 30! Crappy peer to peer set up simply does not work.

OT - Join random Heists, PacStan finale, host is level 250, OK.

 

Starts heist with 2 levels 70s, both wearing shorts and tattoos.

 

7 restarts later I've nearly got them to the bikes, one dies again

 

Quit, write 'no heists with randoms' on arm in sharpie.

People need to realize its 2016 and online is where its at! There will always be a story mode but online will be ever expanding

 

There's another thread about this very thing. Some people don't seem to realise just how much of a backward step getting rid of the online component would be, not just for R*, but for gaming in general. If anything, more games developers should be thinking about GTAO as a blueprint for their next titles.

I like being able to play games alone. I don't like incessant grind fests. I don't like being forced to use random sh*tty gimmicks or grind for days to get good gear and then hope to God me and three other guys can handle the challenge of "the devs got butthurt that a buncha f*cks no lifed their game so now it's even harder." I don't like shallow, repetitive gameplay. MMOs can f*ck off. Gta V is a great game, and the online component is great when it works, but not everythimg needs to be online or have a similar online experience. All it does is promote lazy development.

 

You do have a point, but you could have conveyed it in a more mature and civil manner.

I like both online and GTA v but would like more contact missions for online and some story dlc oh and let Franklin have a modded sultan RS

Minding my own business when I get blown up out of nowhere. Some asshole off the radar in a Buzzard. Kid is rank 52, and keeps trying to kill me again and again. As soon as I start fighting back, he turns tail and runs off to Paleto Bay to hide out on his buddy's yacht. I follow and when he gets on board his friend's yacht, starts trying to snipe me. If I was in the middle of something, and someone insisted on trying to kill me for no reason, I would probably change sessions after the second or third kill. When you're looking for something , like a car or something, it's advised you do it in an invite-only session, where there's no other douches around to kill you.

 

Oh, and I thought you could purchase the Rat Loader off SouthernSanAndreas?

You are 100% accurate about people throwing inflammatory jargon around, but its not all that new. The best you can do is realize that words are at their simplest a series of sounds that 2 or more parties agree have a certain meaning. Nothing more, nothing less.

 

Some words over time have gained negative connotations, but words in and of themselves only have the meaning we assign to them. The hard part is rationally recognizing that when someone is using those inflammatory words for the express goal of getting a reaction out of you and not letting it get to you.

 

Like I tell my nieces, words are just words. You can use whatever words you choose but some words are more likely to offend, than to send the message you intended. So choose wisely, and try not to get your panties twisted if someone else doesn't.

Well just to clarify, I wasn't condoning that black panther BS for one moment. He's absolutely right to be p*ssed off about them.
