get back in futo and attempt to drive away

make it one block before DS4 dies

turn it back on as I see I'm getting surrounded by cops

it turns off again, turn it back on and quickly go to singleplayer

may as well keep my f*cking ds4 plugged in all the time with the sh*t battery it has

Yeah no, there's a difference between being mundane and being realistically humble, exaggerated tragic backstories is what's mundane.

 

I'm not talking about them, you weren't very specific in your first post, ofc the cliche type stories are mundane, but there are some very f*cking cool ones on here too.

There is some cool stuff now that I looked a bit further into it, but it's still a very mixed bag for me, there's still more uncreative dolts than those who impress me with their unique formulas of creativity that actually fits their character's personality and creativity.

Everyone else. Every single one of you have characters that look the same and wear the same and drive the same sh*t, stop pretending you're unique by shoving a special snowflake backstory thinking you're in the same respect as an actual storyline GTA protagonist like Vercetti or Niko or Michael.

makes it seem like you hate anyone who dare make a backstory tbh.Eeehhh, I admit I got a bit too hot-headed there, I scrolled through the list of players in a public session as well as spectating them before I typed this up and every single one of these stereotypes were met.

 

I decided to just "let it all out" just for the sake of it, not every online character is a stereotype of course, but it annoys me that a huge chunk is still made up of stereotypes.

What I listed mostly, the last part is kinda ranty so it loses a lot of credibility, so I'll be more specific:-

 

People who think their character is the toughest badass there is who can stick it to anyone, so much so they believe they're in the same level as the GTA V protagonists in skill, which is absolutely hilariously dumb. The V protagonists robbed the entire state and even the FIB, the most dangerous sh*t an Online character did was raid an underguarded facility and rob a flagship bank branch that had 2.5 million dollars only.

 

Eh, maybe I can list more, but not feeling like it.

Why hasn't Rockstar fix the Interaction menu for the PC yet? When you have it open (to click on armor/snacks during combat) you're unable to control your character using the keyboard and a mouse. When you're low on health you must stop (while you're engaging combat) to open the menu up and try to scroll down to the snack/armor category as fast as you can. Most of the time it's too late, and you've been killed.

 

This happen to me, twice, during pac standard finale.

Can't that be dealt with using the scroller/middle-click button on the mouse?

 

To scroll through the menu you just move the scroller up or down, clicking on the scroller confirms your choice and you can back out to the previous screen using the same button to open the menu.

 

Easy as sh*t to fix, I guess it's hard for them to adjust it to the PC audience because of how it's structures for consoles.

That's basically what I guessed. GTAO is just filled with a whole bunch of wannabe gangsters with cliche tragic backstories. I gave my guy a backstory but it's nothing like that.

Was helping out on Humane Labs finale. Everything goes swimmingly, right up until my DS4 dies. Plug in the charger and get welcomed with Heist Failed: Pilot Died. Boy did I ever catch hell for that... I don't know why the controller has such a sh*t battery life. I charge the f*cking thing every night when I get off and watch Netflix for an hour or three before bed. I'm just gonna keep the damn thing plugged in 24/7 so it can't die and get me kicked from a finale and miss out on 200 grand.

Can't you just use rechargeable AA batteries? I have 2 sets for my Xbox I charge 1 set when I'm using the other and have never had a problem.

The DS4 is not set up that way, they have battery packs that are not accessible unless you take the entire unit apart.

Turning off the speaker in the controller and dimming the lights will help with the battery. They don't last anywhere near as long as the DS3's.

I had that happening to me when I was doing pac standard finale heist. I was driving the Lectro (I'm no noob when it comes to driving bikes in this game) and this NOOSE SUV came out of nowhere and ram right into me thus killing me on instant.

 

 

That's the only downside of the Pacific finale (that and idiots who blow themselves up all the time).. I never have a problem until I'm on the bike. A cop will always ram me from behind OR a teammate knocks me off and I get ran over and shot before I can even get back up.

 

I hate using the bikes in this. Cops somehow get 10x faster in this finale.

Also sick of playing deathmatches and spawning in the air, so I get riddled with bullets when I try to stand up. Or they shoot me as I'm falling so it's just a vicious circle or not having enough time to defend myself.

Thing is, I don't leave deathmatches even if I'm at a severe disadvantage (matter of principle) so sometimes I spend 20 minutes being killed every 30 seconds.

People using the 'garage bookmarked job glitch'. This has happened 4x times today on PS4. Been killed and cannot retaliate in any way since I'm in my own garage and yet they can spray me with bullets. Already reported him to Rockstar games. Passive mode from now on people

Depending on where you live and what cellular company you have, you can purchase your own hotspot on your phone and have it connect to your Xbox One? I'm not sure how efficient it is, but it does work. Edited May 12, 2016 by Alisha Nicole
