Just did Lost MC RIP and I've got a double bitch. I did it in a tank because I never use it and I'm bored of doing the mission the regular way. First bitch is that I had to run one Lost guy over three times in a tank to kill him. Three times. f*cking ridiculous, just running over someone's foot in a tank would probably kill them from shock let alone crushing them under the massive weight of the damn thing multiple times.

 

Second bitch, when there was one Lost left I saw there was a fire spreading to his position so I didn't bother getting him with the cannon I just let him burn, when he died it came up saying 'Mission Failed'. I don't care if someone dies of a bullet, old age or bleeds to death from a paper cut, if the object of the mission is to kill everyone then I don't want to see 'Mission Failed' when the last person dies.

 

It's been a persistent bug in the game and it's not good enough.

No, sorry. Your objective is, to kill the Lost. If he dies in any other way before you or your team kill him, he's dead & can't be killed anymore. The mission is failed.

Bulldookie. I've started fires intentionally to let the fire kill the last guy and still passed. The only way you fail is if you don't trigger the yellow marker before killing anyone. If you kill anyone before triggering it, it will let you finish the mission, but fail it once the last guy dies every time. It's screwed up, but it's been that way a long time.

Player attacks me but doesn't kill me

Kill him instead and he goes into passive mode

Hit passive mode so he doesn't pull any cheap sh*t

Goes out of passive and shoots the ground with an RPG and kills me and himself

Forgot I ran through a gang attack which turned off my passive

guy hits passive again as soon as he spawned

 

 

Seriously R*, you can't program your damn game to not start gang attacks while in passive mode?

*sigh* Modding is back in vogue on PC, in a big way. They have some new tricks too, like blowing up peoples vehicles all over the lobby, and having you blamed, and getting charged $93,000 per vehicle.

 

I just lost $1.3m, before I could get into the menu and change session.

Unplug the internet cable or turn your pc off manually. If you are fast maybe you can save yourself.

 

That's the way to prevent the game to save that unwanted progress.

 

BTW I spend little to no time on public lobbies since the past week, because of those unleashed script kiddies. I'll remain safe on invite only until R* starts to ban again.

 

Thank you for the heads up. Since the re-emergence of the people with scripts. I have had my weapons removed, blow up and squirted with foam while in my garage. Not all the same time.

 

 

yup... modders sure know how to take the fun away from everyone else. 2 days ago all of my weapons were taken from me and I just finally restored all of it, took over 500k im sure. Then moments ago, as i left a racing lobby and was joining a public lobby my character was already blowing up before I could load in. Couldn't even leave because as soon as i would spawn again id blow up and die. it stopped then i checked my weapons.. they were all gone.

 

im in the midst of slashing my wrists.

RP payouts on contact missions have been cut by approximately 15%. I'm not sure when it happened, but I can say it is fully accurate, as compared with mission RP payouts from approximately January. I had some notes in a word file for solo mission rp payouts, on hard, at 4 minutes. To give an example, one that was 2350+ with that method is only paying out 2250 with 2 friends, same time span etc one of them being a crew member. Solo, it paid out 2100 rp now.

 

It's really great of Cockstar to totally f*ck their players over like this, and never mention it, but why should we be surprised? As soon as I noticed this, I took the disk out of my PS4, and threw it in the case. How f*ck!ing low can you get?

 

I'm permanently done with it now, not even an hour a week. 0 minutes and zero seconds per week and I see no point in posting her either. This deserves a full-on boycott, so I'm leading by example, out. Good job, R*!

If weapons are removed from your inventory without you dropping them, changing sessions or retarting your game will fix the issue and give you your weapons back. The server keeps track of everything, including weapons. If the game detects that a weapon or weapons have suddenly disappeared from your inventory without reason, it'll gift them back to you. This happens when you switch sessions because it loads your latest cloud data, which still has the data of your weapons being part of your weapon wheel.

I saw an advertisement while the game was loading for 50 per cent extra cash for Megaladon Shark Cards.

 

I bought one, spent $AU109.95 and it paid me the regular $GTA8,000,000. How do I redeem the extra money?

 

EDIT: Apparently an extra 50 per cent of all money earned by purchases from the Shark Card will be deposited on March 9. Thought it was a lump sum of 50 per cent extra; i.e. $4,000,000. Oh well.

But on the shiny versions the hook won't connect at all. On 360 it would hook and for some reason the dozer was unaffected by the weight limit. Could carry it easy.

It makes no sense. You can hook a Tank just fine, although it's hard to gain height with it, but it works great. But you can't hook up a Taco van.... Also, you can't even hook the BF Injection. It's an Off Road vehicle that sometimes spawns at the gas station next to Sandy Shores Airfield. I was trying to kill a chopper or plane with a Cargobomb once and I couldn't lift this stupid thing up. Makes no sense, as it isn't big or anything.

And it makes no sense that a Cargobob can survive a homing launcher rocket, but a freaking Savage can't.

Man I really hate the daily objective of parachute under 30 meters from the ground as I killed myself 20+ times in helicopters trying to complete it. That objective is evil because it's so damn close to the ground that you'll instantly die if not timed perfectly.

Also I did complete it but it pissed me off quite a bit.

Have you tried "gliding" forwards? If you're on console, push your stick forwards about halfway and you'll start gliding through the air, you go faster but descend slower so it gives you more time to open your parachute in those 30 metres. It works better than trying to slow down in my experience.

 

I've tried slowing down/leaning back, speeding up/leaning forwards, just saying whatever and go straight down, I think it's my timing because I always pull a second too late and splatter myself all over the ground.

Nah, it definitely takes at least two, or three according to my experience. I don't know why this is, though.

 

I heard/read it is heavily armored compared to the other choppers and can take multiple rockets to destroy it, similar to how the cuban 500 can hit the ground directly and survive in some instances. Weird armor values to those vehicles or explosion resistances or something like that.
