If someone kills me or tries to kill me, I kill them over and over until they go passive. If they leave me alone, I leave them alone. If they try to use passive mode to kill me, I kill them anyway and keep doing it.

i mean, open world games are meant to be freedom.

not to mention i woud love to have a consistent efective range of sniper rifles period.

today my gta online experiences where annoying because i found out i was in a modded lobby!!!!

while in my garage a modder tried to blow me up but he or she failed but this time who ever it was used the weird looking egg shaped things.

and after doing a heist with randoms i saw the ufo (for me it was the first time), my pv was damaged due to my driving today.

but after we got paid and i left the host's apartment not expecting anything (except maybe my car being fixed due to the mechanic's magic) instead i saw my car crushed underneath the ufo!!!!!!!!!!!

 

 

 

 

i just wish r* would do something about these modders that are ruining the game!

The outfits are fine, really but I cant be arsed with that crap anymore. My issue is players glitching and getting away with cheap kills. I spent tonight in a session with players in god mode, couldnt see their blips on radar, got destroyed by several different players. That session wasnt like any other I've been in so far. It was just crazy.

i went a ways from it and i think someone destroyed it (it might wave been the host of the heist i finished since he twice tried to get in my car), then i had to call mmi to replace it and had the mechanic deliver it.

I love how blunt it is. Most of the things I don't like about GTAO involve other people (those f*ckers in the Zentorno/Osiris/T20's with RPGs and Bullpup Rifles, wearing the bulletproof helmet) and the people who think that by spamming the sh*t out of Rockstars Twitter/Facebook/Instagram, they'll get the next DLC right then and there.

The super buff of the AI on certain missions effectively ended me playing this game; it's simply too artificial and unenjoyable at this point. E.g. playing Violent Duct by myself, a mission I would maybe die once in ten cracks at, now is a snooze fest because you literally can only survive by hiding behind cover the whole time, popping out to take 1, MAYBE 2 shots, and hopping under cover again. You can't even really jog between vehicles or cover points, and there's no point in even trying/doing the combat roll. It doesn't work. The CPU will hit you with 90% accuracy, wtf.

 

Rockstar truly is an all-time awful video game company because no matter how good some elements of this game are, there's an even bigger number of awful elements and they just keep making it worse. They need to be bought out or somehow taken over, badly.

tonight i got a $1k bounty but i didn't feel like trying to survive it, so instead of messaging a random player in the lobby (and risk feeling stupid) to offer him or her my bounty, i drove to one that was closer to me, and when i got close enough to him and to a shot at him (i even was going to let him blow up my primo which would have been a $114 insurance bill (just to be mischievous) and he was driving a armored kuruma)).

and he kills me and blows up my car, after i respawned i went into passive mode and messaged him to thank him for taking care of my bounty (it took me a few minutes because my controller can be touchy at times hen messaging).

while i was doing that he killed me about 4 or 5 times, after that i climbed and elevated part of an apartment building but he jumped the curb and tried to run me over a few times untill the cops showed up and i climbed to a spot on the building's fence where he could get me, he came back a few minutes later and beeped at me but i didn't fall for it. some randoms can be jerks!

@Hugh, why go thru all that trouble? Just drive into the heat. I had a active bounty and was bored with my lobby, I entered into a new lobby and noticed there was already a crowd of five players already in the heat of battle outside my garage. I decided to just get it over with.

I literaly hop in my car, exit immediately and drive right into them . They all fought to be the one to get me. It all lasted but a few seconds and I was dead.. I respawned a few blocks over and went on my way

If Saints Row could ever get their sh*t together... Or maybe another True Crime game. There's a lot of potential in this genre, if somebody would just go for it. Without competition, they have gotten sloppy. Say what you want and kiss Rockstar's ass all you want, but GTAO is broken as f*ck. The list of things that don't work right or don't even work at all is astronomical. Every new thing they add, two other things break. One step forward, two steps back.

Given that this is their second (third if you count RDR) shot at online, I would say they are doing ok. The problem is that we have become spoiled by companies that have year's in experience. Let's think about it. Activision, Bungie, and EA (to name a few) have been involved with online since the original xbox. Do you really think that they didn't have problems too?

World is completely shattered by this.

I remember when it used to be instant. You killed the player with the bounty and you'd get the money straight away.
