Do people have anger issues or no self control? Am I the only one who has never thrown a controller no matter how angry a game makes me? The worst I've done is angrily place it on my bed.

Actually rage in video games is quite common. I've thrown a couple controllers in my life but (thankfully) never broken anything.

 

 

The worst I've done is thrown my controller, and smashed the replacement on my coffee table.

I don't even remember why, probably something to do with locking onto the cops to my far left rather than the firing-at-me-player in front of me, but I punched my controller and now I can't beep my horn or look behind me any more. Oops.

Controllers deserve to be smashed. Unlike computers, where we are tempted to smash the screen or the keyboard when it's really the fault of bad software, game controllers are the one case in the digital world where you can actually smash the thing that is causing you to rage. Game controllers suck.

 

I play GTA while sitting at my desk, with the computer on one side and the console game screen on the other side of the desk. I've slammed down the controller onto whatever stuff is on the desk, a few times, for the typical GTA Online reasons I've hurt my hand once doing that.

 

Basically the solution is to avoid GTA Online situations that lead to rage. When I try to do a GTA0 race, I pretty much sound like the angry gamer in that video on the previous page. So I traded wins and got that misery out of the way.

Enemy precision in the game is straight bullsh*t. Get shot to sh*t by goons in a black Granger during LS Connection. Stop, take cover, and they get out. Kill em both and they have f*cking Micro SMGs. How? How the hell is a Micro SMG so powerful in their hands, but it takes me two clips to drop one of them? And the enemy spawning is bullsh*t too. Get to the hangar, wipe all the dudes out, taking cover so I can snipe the dudes up top and snag the coke and a f*cking enemy spawns right behind me and bam, dead. Blown to hell with a shotgun. I don't remember the game ever having enemies that cheap. And Survivals are worse... They go off the radar, sneak up on you or flank you and blam! Dead before you can even turn around. I don't mean to be a Nancy boy and complain that enemies are too hard but the fact that they rely so heavily on cheap tactics and bullsh*t moves is just ridiculous.

Attempting LS Connection without spamming enemies from a distance with lock-on missiles from your Savage, is like trying to pass the Pac Standard finale using the bikes. It just isn't done, unless you want to suffer interminably and needlessly.

I got one better: I was doing the bike setup for the PAC job. Everything is perfect. I drive full speed down the the street with full armor and health. An enemy on a bike pulls out a pistol and somehow one shots me and I instantly die. This leads to ultimate confusion. It's moments like this that remind me that the ai in this game pulls so much sh*t.

This is why I use the Tank/ Buzzard/ Savage/ Hydra. So I don't have to go through all that sh*t

Gang attacks are so stupid that they do three things at the same time without we wanting: they activate themselves automatically, mute our radio and deactvate passive mode.

Clearly randumbs cannot be given the chance, using the bulletproof vest and helmet greatly decreases the chances an idiot has to ruin the heist for the others.

For me, Rockstar ends up being that "Dick host" when they keep taking my mask off at the start of missions and heists and not even let me hit the button to just equip it straight away. Why wait to get to the location? Why can't I swap to a different one? Why can't I just not have a face at all?

 

I often honestly would just prefer to not even have a head in situations where I can't use my preferred headgear.

So never posted in here. Here's my first one. (Not sure if it's valid as a btch or a moan but)

Joined a random public free mode (Around 9:43 pm) Checked the player list see the rank 515. Couple of my friends join and we do 3 of the free mode events.

Followed by one of my friends saying "Lets go get that 515 guy" We cruise over to his area and start a firefight. He's doing the typical, Gets a kill and as your about to strike back he cooks a grenade or takes easy way out. We're used to it. (Shows hes a K/D whore) After we start overpowering the guy. One of my friends ends up getting 3 kills up on him. He goes passive then starts calling in off radar. I'm watching the map to see when he pops back onto radar.

His timer runs out and hes at the airport. I immediately text him "Running to your hydra" To which he replies. "Fk u scrubs u got no skillz"

I thought it was hilarious as fck that once we started hurting his K/D he ran to his 3 million dollar e-peen. So he could fix his K/D.

That lobby went to sht anyways though The later it got the more tryhards we got, 887, 600, 523, 721, 750. All of which just spawned trapped random players.

If I get jumped by 3 or 4 players. I give it a chance and see where it goes. I might win. If I get overpowered, I just simply leave. Although I always like it that innocently enough it starts off with one person and it ends up with three of his friends joining. And being kicked from a session by them is also fun.

I usually don't even participate in firefights. The 2 friends that joined me during this haven't been on GTA in going on 5 months prior to last night. I usually just get on GTA to cruise around or hop into random LTS or Random Contact missions. Or events. They're a bad influence xD. But I still thought it was hilarious that he ran across the whole map to go get his hydra. Just due to the fact of his K/D got hurt by probably .05 percent or some random number. The guy kept pausing after a few kills and deaths. So I knew he was checking his stats. Taking GTA way way to serious this isn't CoD. But hey Nov 6th will pull the CoC players I mean CoD players off GTA. (Hopefully)

So I was second to the King of the Castle which was a cave this time instead of tower, I decided to go for it since it was a small lobby.

Somehow this other guy who is King of the Castle is inpentrable to barrage of grenades, rockets, and missiles that landed smack onto his body?

He shoots me once, Im dead

 

What a joke.

 

I logged out, Since it was a lobby of 7 people?, I hope my leaving left the event unplayable since you need a certain number to play.

How do you really tell whos God Mode glitching btw? I guess its obvious, The other day I shot someone with my MG that riddled his body over and over and over and over, I was a mere 20 feet away and his body is jerking with each barrage, I go at it for a prolonged time, depleting my ammo, he still wont die, Suddenly he vanishes, re appears and materializes to my left after one second and shoots me dead.
