After searching the docks for a little over a half an hour and constantly switching sessions I finally find the car I am looking for, the Imponte Phoenix. I take it to the LSC by Lester's factory and while I am customizing it I get that "Unknown Network Error" crap. I lost the f*cking car. Thank you Rockstar.

I get out my Savage and go off radar. Some paranoid clown I pass over shoots me down. I message him "Piss off coward I wasn't even going for you"

Later I'm walking through the ghetto area near Grove Street and his friend comes in a Hydra. i'm Passive but he shoots me with the cannon repeatedly. The guy messages me again "Can I have money?"

I tell him no, I'm not a modder. He couldn't have killed me earlier if I was.

He then starts trying to punch me so I deacticate Passive and shoot him, stealing a Ambulance that was nearby I ran him over in the process of getting away.

Him: modding pussie

 

I then block him.

 

I saw him continue coming back into the session as the hours passed though as I kept seeing his left notification pop up.

To me, any host that gives less than 15% is a fool. 15% is bad enough, let alone 10. I'm always completely happy with 20. What's so hard about giving 20 especially when you'd already be making more money. Especially on PAC standard where you lose money you'd end up with like 50000 dollars probably.

Wait, I thought this was the bitch and moan topic? Is it not? How is he making this sh*t up if the problems he addressed actually exist in-game? The game is a broken piece of sh*t regardless if he still plays it or not.

Yes, yes it is, but, you'll see, if you made up stories, they are not real, he's been bitching and posting several posts a day about how he experiences "Unknown network errors" and lag, and getting kicked to SP and he doesn't even play the game, so that's bullsh*t, he's a liar and a troll, he even got all offended when i told him that it was his connection and he call all sort of things, and turns out he was making up stories.

 

Again, i bitch too about V and Online, and everybody has the right to complain, but this idiot here has been making up stories for at least 5 months.

 

He's clearly experienced them in the past and it still happens without a doubt regardless if he still plays or not. He isn't making up stories if he's complaining about network errors that still happen. It isn't lying at all.

 

Yeah, actually, I would not have to play the game anymore to bitch about it, since half of all the topics on the forum describe all the GTA0 problems in great detail. I can just read the forum.

 

Specifically, reading this B&M thread would give me plenty of material, even if I never played the game. I could just empathize.

 

One more thing I thought of - the B&M thread is kind of like the nightly news -- a continuous, overwhelming litany of everything that is wrong with the game (the B&M thread) or with society (the nightly news) - in other words, a relentlessly negative view of everything. Gives one a rather pessimistic outlook.

 

In my case, GTA0 is finally becoming so boring, that I am going back to replay Red Dead Redemption. I love love love the GTAV virtual world, but Rockstar has really shortchanged it with lack of gameplay mechanics and a sole focus on PvP.

Ended up in a death match quit on the betting screen.

 

2 of the enemies on the opposing team had on full body armour head to toe. That's just being a straight up bitch.

 

Shouldn't be allowed at all. Beat me if you're better than me on an even playing field.

Apart from the bullet proof helmet, none of the heavy combat gear does anything useful outside heists, right? That should have been an easy win for you, as they would only have been able to move at a snail's pace.

What pisses me off the most is how Online was almost perfect back during Patch 1.15 and 1.16. Right after the Christmas update its like you implanted a virus of some sort into the servers.

And its nor only the connectivity errors that stops me from playing the game.

1. Retard Simplyss virus infected most of the players making them play like complete brainless idiots right after the Heist Patch came - I dare you play heists with Randumbs without any issue.
2. Accept an invite to something (mission/setup/whatever), I get greeted by the "Session is Full" bullsh*t. I press X, it takes me 5 minutes to go back to gameplay, I decline, it throw me in a public session.
3. NPC's became ridiculously OP.
4. Weapons became water guns.
5. Bike physics changed.... again. Stunting became harder and landing the simplest jumps became a hard task, or at least for a beginner.
6. Public sessions are trash.
7. Matchmaking is nonexistent.
8. Thanks to stupid powercuts in my city I can't play a heist/setup without risking a powercut, which will boot me off the game for obvious reasons + It would ruin the game for others. Heck the electricity is cut right now - I wouldn't be rambling here if it wasn't for a power generator.
9. And, finally, connection errors, but because I play in IO lobbies I don't see this junk all day.

Now all I can do is laugh at your previous posts. You readily admit you have bad Internet because of what your country is going through and because the company is providing terrible connection services.... yet you spend so much time on this forum trying to blame your connection issues on Rockstar.

i'm completely done with heists.

 

PS heist finale, i'm crowd control. the other guy kills 2 hostages setting off the alarm. we did the escape about 15 times, crew members kept dieing in the first stretch of the alley because too stupid to take cover and eat snacks. i died 3 times as well due to accidentally shooting a rocket into the bank doors. (stupid stupid stupid). after having to explain to a lvl 54 how to eat snacks we make it through the alley only to repeat the bike escape another 10 times or so.

 

most of the time people died by crashing before getting out of LS. by now i wasted all my armor and snacks so this wasn't going to be easy. i died once when i tried to defend a fallen crew member while he was getting back on his bike. after the 3rd time someone prompted us to get a car. i made it as far as the bridge near the lake with a banshee that had no tires left, then someone died. more failed attempts followed as crewmembers in tire-less cars got blocked in and shot by cops. the last attempt i said f*ck it and i just went with the bike since i completed the mission numerous times with it and it actually seems easier dodging all the roadblocks than using a car with no tires.. i died while landing a jump that was bigger than i expected.

 

someone left the game after that and the other 2 started calling me 'idiot' and 'fuker' for not taking a car.. yeah.. f*ck heists. f*ck randoms.

I bought the game in steam summer sale, so I'm a rather newcomer, although I'm rank 120+ now. I like heists and a bit of racing. Anyway;

 

You see we keep moaning about the stuff the game lacks, what can be fixed, what SHOULD be fixed, problems in heists, pvp overall, racing, and so on...

For the ones who doesn't want to watch, have no time:

 

This was a crew battle (racing) event hosted by Rockstar devs, participants are some famous gtao racers from top crews. The guys who help the community get better with their findings, and have useful ideas to optimise the game. As the event goes on we get to see how clueless rockstar devs are about their own game, about some very obvious problems the game has.

 

One of a comment on youtube even asks this question : "How are these people smart enough to code a game?" lol...

 

They don't know kerb boosting, off-road tyres, server issues, they are picked to host a race event yet they can't pronounce their cars right, they don't know which class the said cars in. And much more is present in the videos.

 

And yet people here on forums demanding fixes, be it racing, heists, or freeroam whatever, asking for cool new game mods, better servers, loading screens... I now understand how pointless that is lol.

And the worst thing is, they have masterpiece of a game, yet they don't give much attention to that.

 

I won't moan about randumbs anymore.

If they won't listen, I'm leaving. No need to spend all that time failing, restarting, and loosing money to all the extra bullets flying around from NOOSE.

 

The only time triggering NOOSE is ok is when the entire team agrees to a plan involving stealing a NOOSE armored van for the trip to the boat. In that case, I expect the money carrier to be extra careful in waiting for us to clear the way.

 

 

 

Also, just from reading your story, it appears you guys were not wearing the heavy combat outfits for extra armor. That has pretty much become a staple for good heist players, as it makes snacks basically pointless.

Everything is amazing in Tripoli aside from electricity problems so your logic is invalid.

E: Plus I have nowhere else to live aside from Tripoli, so even if I was super rich I can't move.

Definitely sounds like a crappy host. It's the hosts job to set player saved outfits, and it's the hosts job to tell people not to kill the hostages.

If you really get tired of your heist crew screwing up, just start chugging piswasser until your character is drunk. I find that makes the game a lot of fun. Maybe throw on the mic and roleplay a drunken character.

In IV they had the decency to hand wash my f*cking car if I arrived in a convertible, now it's completely ignored. Bullsh*t.

Who uses the car wash anyway? If you want your car cleaned, then why cant you drive in into your apartment garage or LSC?

 

My cars suddenly became dirt magnets so I figured I'll use a car wash if they're there. My only apartment was too far away, all LSC's were far too, and even if I went to a LSC I'd have to pay $300-$400 for removal of dirt and tiny scratch repairs (my car is a lot more damaged than a scratch on the picture but still, I'd rather drive a slightly damaged car that is clean)

This reminds me, on the Humane Labs tips someone from R* wrote "Karuma". Then later in the same section it was spelled correctly. I wonder who, or more importantly, how many people wrote this.

Explain me this: 3 heavy sniper bullets in the head, submachinegun fire that hits him, assault rifle that hits him, but still alive, not even half of his life gone...

Now the lobby is going ham on him trying to kill him. How can you survive all these bullets?

Here, let me explain this for you, the long and simple way:

1. I tell myself "Let's try that broken nonsense that is Online";
2. I eject Skyrim/Assassin's Creed IV from my PS3 and place GTAV in its place;
3. I start up Online... which takes ages to load since The Heists Patch;
4. I try to remember the controls - being a Skyrim junkie made changing games a bit difficult;
5. An invite to Hit 'em Up - one of my favorite missions! I accept;
6. "The current session is full. Do you want to take a queue?" No.
7. *stares at the screen forever*
8. Finally back on - I try to invite somebody to a mission, nobody accept;
9. Forced to play alone;
10. Game got boring because what's the point of a MULTIplayer game if you're forced to play alone?
11. *turn off PS3*
12. *eject GTAV and put Skyrim in its place*
13. *continually curse at this broken mess*

If you STILL don't understand, then please, take an English course or check your IQ.

Too many cowards and bitch ass players online who kill you once and run away, no matter how often you kill them, they only attack you when they see others are heading your way or when you've a lot of police on you.

They should seperate those people and should put them on the wall of shame. Or they're all in passive mode and run near you.... sh*theads, fight me or f*ck off.
