Got to play for the first time in a week. Random contact mission, rooftop rumble.

 

Asshat with the package wants to wait for full payout. Really?

Same happened to me today. Had a Daily Objective to do Contact mission, joined one. Surprise.... it was Rooftop Rumble. Tried to quit but host slammed that start button for Chop before I could leave.

 

I decided to go get my Savage and aim the cannon inside not wanting to use ammo. Clear out the guys, package carrier gets in my Savage. I take him to Madrazos and he goes across the street and does the Air Thrusting. After 10 minutes he FINALLY delivers it.

All that just for an extra, what, ten grand? Ten grand that you could have made doing another contact mission from the voting screen...

 

Just happened to me ten minutes ago. Dude just sat there in his chromed out armored car (separate bitchfest there) waiting. C'mon dude, I could be more than half way to making 20 G's on another mission. So dumb.

I'm also real tired of the a$$hats who drive their supercars to the objective, hit everything along the way and then careen into other players when they arrive like a senior citizen through the front of Denny's. Just f%cking calm down.

It seems some people will never learn. You could sit there for 10 minutes and make an extra 10k (if that) or you could play one of a handful of missions in that same time frame and make double that. What's worse is when they have a fit that you've gotten the package and try to kill you and run you off the road to prevent you from delivering it. My resolve is to not play RR. I took advantage of the 20k payout days back when the package was in the garage and only took about 4 minutes to complete. No need to play it anymore, especially with randoms.

As for driving, I'm pretty sure a large portion of the GTAO population is unaware that the throttle is actually pressure sensitive. You go FASTER by going SLOWER. Instead of taking every corner a 180 and sandwiching us between a pole and a wall, you could slow down, maybe give it half throttle, break for the car that's very clearly about to cross the intersection and get us to our destination quickly. What's that saying, "slow is smooth, smooth is fast"?

 

Lastly, and only because it just happened, give ME the option to allow passengers in my helicopter to use the missles, not the passenger. The homing missiles are always more effective in the control of the pilot and most people are absolutely clueless or lose all sense of direction using the camera. Just a simple "push > to allow passenger to use missles".

Join Random Job from boredom. RPG vs Kuruma. I see four people in the lobby, host starts right away. I knock both players off the platform within two minutes........

 

They apparently left during the Round loser screen. Me and my partner were stuck in a constant "Round Loser" loop until we "lost" enough rounds. This is why the Round screen showing the score should have a quit button. It didn't even give me enough time to press start. Once I was able to do anything it was "Round lost"

as much as I dislike down the drain the lobby is full and racing muscle cars in the river reminds me of Grease

catchup off and slipstream off are a bonus

hold first for a while before a two dominators pass me

some scrub leaves 2 laps in

they can't take turns for sh*t, im srs throughout the race they keep f*cking up on the 2 f*cking turns

because of that I basically always enter first

i pass them but they always catch up

I make no mistakes but I can barely keep up with their dominators

luckily and as expected the dominators eat it on the turn and I claim victory for classic muscle cars everywhere.

decide to stick around because large lobby I guess

he enables catchup and slipstream because everyone besides me and the two dominators in the last race barely finished

I either get kicked or disconnected and put back in freeroam

 

 

Its pretty unfair that the dominator is so much faster in a straight line than all other muscle cars.

^ To add insult to injury, the only way to solve the "Timed out" errors is by exiting the game via Dashboard. In fact, most of the time playing this utterly broken game I see my PS3's background more than seeing the actual gameplay of GTAO.

 

Okay, back to Skyrim.

People on this game truly can't drive for sh¡t. When it comes to corners, slow in, fast out. And no, you don't need your e brake for every single corner in the race. And using other people to slow yourself down in a race is a bitch move. I don't even do races anymore because people play dirty. P.I.T. maneuvers, ramming into you after slipstreaming, slamming into you when you brake for a turn, and of course, my biggest pet peeve, idiots who try to ram you off the Sanchez in off-road races because it's faster than whatever they chose. No sh¡t, I was doing a race with a bunch of Biftas and since I don't have one, I chose the Sanchez. Got rammed off four times in a row, and still managed to finish. Two years on and people still don't know that bikes are, and always will be, faster than cars (minus that Lectro turd).

I hate low levels sooooooo much. What's even worse is that most aren't even true low levels most are people's second, third, even fourth account, deleting and recreating characters

I can't think of something that isn't broken in this game.

1. Servers are ruined after Patch 1.18;
2. Bike physics changed after The Heists Update;
3. Dumbass Vaspiris disease infected most of the players making them as dumb as a rock;
4. Enemy NPC's became even more annoying and stronger;
5. Weapons barely cut through butter;
6. Stealth is not stealth at all;
7. Thanks to the sh*tty servers you are forced to play alone which is boring.
