This game is full of bugs, kids, retards, and retarded kids.

 

Yesterday, the plane setup mission of the prison heist.

With randoms. Usual bug, I can't drive my car. I step into it, but nothing happens.

I was the only one with a Kuruma. I try to get into a team mate's vehicle, an Insurgent, where all went, and WTF, I couldn't enter. I warned the guy, open it, let me enter. I heard "no" on the mic.

 

Ok, keep cool, go on. So I stole a NPC car and planned to do that mission without the Kuruma, which is new to me on that specific mission. Yes, I admit it, I've never done this one without a Kuruma, as far as I remember.

And I always thought it would be a pain in the ass because the enemies comes in a couple of waves, from everywhere. I was not prepared to do it that way, with morons. Well, at least one moron.

As I expected, sadly, I died. So it was the first fail, and that guy called me a f*cking noob. He insulted me like I was the last retard in the world. On the first f*cking fail.

 

I was not in a very good mood already but at this point, I was really pissed. That retarded teenager insulted me. Some guy with some exotic accent. I insulted him alright. When we started again, he kept insulting me.

I was so angry I wanted to kill him. I launched a few grenades on the vehicles. I never tried to destroy an Insurgent before, I have to admit that crap is f*cking solid. I failed...

 

Another guy that I didn't heard before asked me to come in the truck, I declined and said I won't move a muscle, I won't play with that kid insulting me. So they all went to complete that mission and I stayed there in the spawn point.

Not long, because I decided to show them I'm not like this c*nt, I am mature and not a selfish idiot. I took back my Kuruma (which was destroyed by that f*cktard earlier), and went kill some enemies. When I got there, the kid insulted me again "oh no, not the f*cking noob again". It's all he had in his dirty mouth, "noob noob noob".

 

I played like nothing happened but, near the end, when the plane was going to the airport and the airfield was clear, that f*cking retard left. Ok I could have been the one who f*cked it up but I didn't. I got over that crap and did that mission like usual, but that moron left.

Again, I losed my time.

There's a pretty tight PC group, we heist/play together pretty much daily, we use mumble for comms as opposed to the ingame chat, it means we can still talk through loading screens and across lobbies, and we tend to avoid randoms as much as humanly possible.

Funny how I don't insult you for what you want to do in terms of killing me, but you label me a coward for the way I choose to kill you...ironic.

Play the game a certain way if you want, don't discriminate against players who choose to play the game to win by doin' anythin in their power, your crew limits you from usin' RPGs and armoured cars and the sorts yet you still feel entitled to complain when players kill you with somethin' that you could easily use, you seem to have a problem with losin' too. You lose because you limit yourself.

 

I once was exactly like you, couldn't stand players usin' armored cars or whatever else, I then came to the forums to bitch about it which got me nowhere. (Anybody remember Son of Lucifer?)

 

TL:DR

 

You lose because you choose to limit yourself and feel entitled to complain and discriminate.

 

You need to understand that not everyone shares the same mindset as you and have different ways of tacklin' players in PVP situations.

 

P.S. If you were more aware of your surroundin's, you wouldn't get killed in the first place. If you go into Public sessions and expect not to be shot at then you are playin' the wrong game.

I don't see the problem. Some people have specific vehicles for heists, missions, and free roam.

 

Like me, I'm "boring" and only use 3/30 vehicles. Most of the vehicles I bought were just driven once, to LSC and back to the garage.

Why why why when I play this mission solo, and then quit the voting screen after, do I always spawn on that beach, with no vehicle for miles and my car a hundred miles away? Why?!?!? It's easier to just quit and restart than to run all that distance through the hills....

 

Refresh

No, don't click Refresh on the voting screen when we're doing contact missions.

Just select one of the missions or random.

Refresh almost always loads DMs, LTS, and/or Capture instead. Grrr.

Just shoot the 2 or 3 in front of you (if the higher level players haven't already done so), turn the corner, jump the wall and get to the bikes, pronto!

No, random noob buyer/bodyguard, don't try to shoot all the cops, get in the damn garage and leave it to the lookouts instead.

I'm still playing GTA Online. Unlike those sack of potatoes that pleaded for cash/randomly killing and going passive/hanging around in the middle of the city, I actually did more stuff around solo such as venturing all over the city to Sandy Shore to Blaine County to Paleto Bay to the mountains and even used the water breather to check around the underwater without the walk underwater glitch, doing random bike flips at the desert from a stolen Sanchez bike, etc..

 

Also, the photography thread here shows another fun recreation activity in GTAO. Not to mention car shows (without some terrorist wannabe ruining it), parachute jumps (without a dingbat wielding an Uzi), plane ride with your buddies (without a douchey suicide bomber), and bus riding around San Andreas with your crew (without a hostage taking idiot).

I don't understand how some people are so idiotic. Just had a guy in the lobby, claiming he's in his 40's and verbally bullying a 12 year old calling him every name in the book. He eventually starts saying sh*t about his parents. Eventually goaded it out of the kid that the kid's father's in the hospital, with the kid saying that he's trying to keep his mind off it and politely asking him to avoid referencing his parents. This actually sounded genuine and sincere and he was being rather civil about it in asking to leave his parents out of it. It wasn't the typical "*SCREECH* mah parentz r dead! Shut up nigga!" squeeker crap or anywhere close to it. So he then begins telling the kid how his father deserves to die for having a kid like him and how it's the kids fault he's having heart attacks or whatever.

 

What was it over? A grudge this guy's held against this kid for the last month over him and his crew (his "gang") being beaten in a team deathmatch. I was in the lobby before either of them joined and it literally started with him noticing the kid's username, declaring his grudge, and then talking sh*t non-stop for an hour. He even winds up saying "I'm recording all this and Rockstar's going to ban all of you for talking to me like this!" when people in the lobby begin telling him to shut up and let go of this idiotic grudge. Yeah, because Rockstar's going to ban everyone but only person yelling, screaming, and insulting little kids over losing a single deathmatch lol.

 

This same guy also says kids aren't mature enough to play GTA5... News flash, your actions prove you aren't either.

The fun topics keep getting locked while I am typing a witty reply. I'm getting tired of it. Way too many mini-mods judging what does not constitute a thread-worthy topic, in their opinion. So I copied my now-irrelevant comment and I'm putting it below along with the OP I was responding to:

 

 

Soooo I accidentally went to bed with character in a public lobby.....

Went to bed last night left my controller on charge, thought id jump in a guys insurgent and chill there until the idle timer kicks me out 13 minutes later. The playstation will then auto off...

Well I left my controller on charge, where I went wrong was not noticing it was upside down, hitting both sticks.. So when I awake I turn on the TV to notice slayso my character, is walking around in circles still in this public lobby. 10 hours of aimless circle walking in a lobby!

The reason of this post is the following:

-To congratulate Rockstar on having me participate in maybe the longest session any player has been able to stay in without getting booted for network issues*

-To share my stupidness with the world, and to see if anyone has any similiar stories.

-To speculate on what players would have done to innocent defenceless slayso.

So your thoughts and stories? Anything similiar happen to you? Have you seen this and participated in the shenanigans? What would you do?

 

The amazing thing about the OP's story is that the servers did not barf him out of the session. However, the reason he probably did not get spawn killed continuously for 10 hours is because after the first kill, he was in the clouds for 9 hours and 59 minutes.

 

In the early days when tanks were strong, I was AFK at Vespucci Beach for 5 minutes, and came back to some little sh*t doing figure 8's on the beach with a tank, perfectly timed to run over my girl character every time she respawned.

 

He had a huge entourage of cop cars and helicopters swarming in a cloud around him, utter chaos. He was in a total twankgasm. By the time I got away, he had 25 kills.

So f*cking there.

Just played "Signal" for the first time since 2x Heists ended...grabbed the helicopter, got to the island first, cleared almost everyone, one of the randoms get AVI. 10 seconds after the cutscene a player dies. How does that even happen? Restart mission, I say to hell with it since I've already done my fair share I'm just going to stay in the shed and wait for Avi to be delivered. No need to have more than one person in the boat anyways. They can't deliver him in time. I leave...this wasn't worth my time at 53k, it's definitely not worth it at 26k
