Daily Objectiv: Contact Mission

Sounds easy enough, loads up Rooftop Rumble thinking I will get some easy cash while I do the contact.

Get's in my Armored Karuma and drives over to the parking garage, Drives in and starts shooting them, Get's headshotted by npc and dies instantly. Respawns outside around the corner, Gets swarmed by 5 proffesionals from either side of me, killing me again.

 

My armored Karuma dosn't feel armored anymore

 

Also after I failed that I get joined into a random one because I forgot to choose replay.

During that one, 1 of the guy is on a Motocycle and while I'm driving a stolen truck back to the drop-off, He parks infront of me so I run him over

FFS, I made the mistake the other day of starting on a lvl 300 and a lvl 600 and had a serious battle on my hands but even in those situations I still wouldn't consider cheating.. ( mind you, they never got higher than 1-1 in scores in total despite there being two of them.. )

I had that happen today on PS3. I was driving an Infernus and noticed every car around me was a Buffalo or Intruder! I had to die and re-spawn for it to show any other cars again.

Trying to finish my heists and it's impossible. 99% of the time no one joins. If they do and they aren't the 4th person they leave right away. After an hour of trying to do one setup mission I get it and someone either dies right away because they can't ride a damn bike and go right into an oncoming car. Or they rush right to the objective and don't wait for anyone else, and die right away because they are impatient clowns who are usually low level and have no armor and stand right out in the open surrounded by sh*tloads of enemies. If I end up being able to get to the end of a heist some low level random complains about either not getting 50% of the money, or not readying up until he gets the job he wants. If you want control then set up your own damn heist. Why would I pay someone more than everyone else when they just die right away anyway?

Again with the frustration. Trying to play right now and even tho I'm in a mission it's hella laggy and the sounds keeps skipping in and out. Got shot down by a jet and didn't even know the rocket was inbound cuz I couldn't hear the damn warning beep.

 

Edit: restarted the ps and it's working fine now. Still is a pain to have to do tho

People getting into the pilot seat of my Savage. While I am already in. Very annoying and I usually vote to kick them, so I did yesterday. The guy instantly returned, got out of the Savage, saluted, apologized via text message twice and sent a friend request. That was so funny, still laughing. I think I will accept the request today.

That is pretty annoying in missions considering they can do jack sh*t in there. I just stay on the helipad until they get the hint and climb out. If they're on the sides they can stay as they can actually shoot there.

I'd second (third?) that by saying I can't see the relevance of competitive elements in a game mode that it supposed to be about teamwork.

 

Is it based entirely on how many enemies you kill? Because it seems that way... and sometimes, particularly in Heists, the job isn't about turning things into an exploding slaughterfest. Can we please just have ONE part of this game that isn't pitting players against one another in some capacity? No wonder people don't play nicely together.

People dying on the vans setup or failing key codes before the cutscene, man do they suck. Also there's an absurd amount of people who do not understand any objectives whatsoever. Like following some yellow line to get somewhere (they don't understand that they have to go anywhere at all). They literally do not understand anything, and certainly not English. No-one responds to anything I say these days, written or spoken. Then they die or fail because they do not listen to me or the game.
