Was doing the Series A earlier this day. After replaying the heist a couple times because the trucks got destryoed on previous attempts, finally it seemed like it could work out this time. There was only like 1.5 miles to the light house, and then the game froze. f*ckin a

 

But it seems like the freezing has seriously reduced since the heists update, right? For me, This was the first time the game froze in over a month.

I'm waited for an hour for a 4th person to do a heist finale. Someone joins. The f*cker leaves as soon as they join.

 

This kind of thing happens to me all the time. I have a feeling if you wait patiently for more than maybe 5 minutes for people to join, the server gets messed up and drops the heist but forgets to close the join window, so it's already gone by the time somebody joins, so you get the message that either the last joined person, or the leader, has left.

I'm getting tired of crybabies who kill all the heist members with explosives or blow up the target vehicles when THEY don't get to:

 

• Be Technical gunner
• Insurgent Gunner
• Hydra Pilot

We're here to do the heist or set-up not cater to YOU.

 

Also, they vehicles unlock after the set-up/heists are completed so just by the damn things.

Then grind those missions, complete the random objectives, and don't mod and store EVERY vehicle under the sun.

I'd immediately leave or remove the f*cker who does that sh*t. I had to fail a heist because some f*cker decided to go afk for 20 minutes. Took the whole 5 min counter then 10 min before I suicide bombed an intersection.

You are a level 30 who only turned the game back on to get some quick money through heist, I'm lvl 300 and have played missions almost the entire time since launch, who are you to second guess me? And finally, save the apology for being an ass, and no I will not help you finish the rest of your heist. I play this game for fun, not to teach some half sack how to do something he can't find on youtube. Figure it out for yourself. What is this world going to be if the internet really goes down some day? Who will solve the worlds problems if no one tries to solve them?

Why WON'T ANYONE FOLLOW THE ROUTE?

 

I do and I get to the jump but just before I can all of my crew dies, because they thought i'd be a good idea to go through the mountain passes and the roads that are swarming with police and roadblocks.

 

The only heist I haven't beaten...

Okay, I don't think a lot of people can fathom this (my group didn't either initially), but you don't HAVE to go to the markers. And another thing, the game always spawns cops like crazy in front of your path, no matter where you go. ALWAYS.

 

Ok but let's thing about this

 

The highlighted route does have a lot of cops, but it also has slopes that you can use to avoid them.

 

While this can be tricky to pull off

 

which makes more sense?

 

evading the poilce

 

or driving off of a mountain and dying on impact? because all the other routes lead over the mountains rather than around them.

Sick and goddamned tired of the unnecessary ultra cheap-o police in private lobbies. I should NOT be dodging three star wanted levels just because I want to take pics of my cars for Social Club.

 

Also fed up with Simeon's bullsh*t lists and constantly getting heist calls from Lester. An airplane mode feature for the in game phone like we had in GTA 4 would do wonders.

Some of the heist setups start way out at McKenzie Airfield or Bolingbroke. But every heist leader lives in Eclipse Towers. So we spend 5 minutes driving out to the start point of the heist.

 

So ironically, it actually makes more sense to drop a grenade or shoot an RPG into the ground and kill the team as soon as they spawn outside Eclipse Towers, so when we respawn, we are close to the heist setup start point, like a free trip-skip.

 

Pretty f*cked up.
