The traffic and police AI in GTA V are some of the worst I've seen. The AI was pretty good in IV despite their occasional derp moments, but at least their occasional slip ups made them feel "human" in a way. GTA V's AI just feels poorly programmed and developed with the intent to cut as many corners as possible.

Just wasted 30 minutes of my life trying to finish American Exports.

 

So we all start like normal, a random jumped into the Cargobob, we lose wanted level, I bailed out of the Cargobob (because mister pilot is one annoying dickhead), reached the airport only to see the dumbass crash head-on with the Bob INTO the container. Bam he committed suicide. I used the Facepalm gesture on his face, grabbed another then he left. And when I was fairly close to the container....

Snowstorm hit me pretty bad so I'm stuck in the house. I finally played GTA Online again after a several month break from the game. And....I'm already pissed at it again. Started up my PS3, went through the 10 f*cking hair-pulling moments just to get booted into free-roam. I pull my Tornado out of the garage and my console freezes.

Start the game back up and play for a bit. I never play missions or any modes besides free-roam because I still can't seem to ever find a full lobby and Online in general just sucks.

 

I give V a lot of sh*t but I can at least get some enjoyment out of SP. Online is the biggest piece of sh*t I have ever had the chance to play. IV's multiplayer may not have been the best but at least it f*cking worked. I could play it without having to worry about f*cking bad sport or going through 10 minutes of loading screens just to f*cking play the damn thing.I don't know how R* managed to make such a sh*tty online experience. I'll try the heists eventually but right now, this online experience is still terrible and has yet to be improved. Shame, really.

My internet is working perfectly fine, even during the snowstorm. I was fine on The Last of Us and other multiplayer titles. GTA O has been doing this to me before too.

Alright I've had enough of these damn civilians purposely driving right into my path, ill be on my side of the road, or in an intersection when I get either nailed head on from a civilian in the wrong side of the road, or one just randomly decides to stop in the intersection right in front of me, even without hitting or stopping only once in front of me.

 

We have the torture scene in the Story mode, and the graphic death of Agent Sanchez; for f*ck sake can there PLEASE be an option so that if I pull a civilian out of the car for being a jackass, that I can graphically splatter their skull into the pavement, or physically torture them with the knife instead of just *bang* -dead-.

 

Give me satisfaction and revenge; nothing was more satisfying than splattering the mechanic's skull all over the pavement after he refused to deliver a car. Let me go chainsaw-massacre or Hannibal Lector on these f*ckers.

Shoot a guy in the head with Heavy Sniper, he doesn't die, shoot him in the torso, he still lives, he one shots me with maksman rifle...try marksman rifle on him, hit him 3 times, he manages to survive, shoot him with rifle, he kills me, end up disconnecting eventually...

Just now waiting nearly 3 mins to be Joined to a Public Session with 5 people on PS4. I still do not know why the PS3 loaded Public Sessions so much faster for me.

Nerfed to smithereens compared to what it used to be. Only place where it's one shot effective is in a DM setting. But you probably have to add in the lag factor, and it sounds like the person you were trying to kill was a dial up user. The head shot is a 1 shot deal 99.5% of the time. Upper torso shots from my exp seem to work when you engage from elevated structure ex roof. But on street level it takes more than 1 shot to the body.

Dang, no wonder. I noticed I can get 1 shot kills when they aren't moving, but when the so much as start driving/running forward it results in 2-4 shots to be deadly

On topic: Why do some people bother with a 10 car garage if all they own is a Zentorno? My friend is like that and says the Zentorno is the only car he will ever need for anything. Still trying to force him into a situation where he needs a new car.

Might as well, the Heavy Sniper being nerfed is a prime example of the babies on the R* support forum who cried 1000 times and got their way. Just like they got their jet, tank, and heli icons. It's hard to convince those folks that a .50BMG is a one shot deal regardless of whatever barrel it's being ejected from. The M82 can be fired shoulder fired due to the recoil compensation system that is built into the weapon unlike other .50 cal rifles. Still have to be a strong dude but it is possible. Reason I mentioned that was people have tried to say that it can only be fired from the prone position, and street level shooting with it shouldn't be possible. Nerfing it was a very bad move. I used to love sniping until it was nerfed, haven't touched the rifle in months.

 

 

EDIT: On call hosts are the worst, especially when you use on call and can't tell if the host is or isn't on call.
