Ya seriously! I purposely waited a few months to get the game hoping all the bugs would be worked out but it appears Rockstar could care less about the community and what they have promised us.

 

Don't care about the community? Where are you getting these ideas? First of all, they practically crank out FREE DLC every month! They constantly update the Newswire CATERING TO THE COMMUNITY! They have a mouthoff E-Mail WHERE YOU CAN BITCH AT THEM! Maybe take a few of your points ..maybe, and lastly.. With every DLC that has been released has been bundled with a patch that fixes a bunch of exploits that are welcomed (..some controversial, but you get the point) but seriously.. Rockstar isn't Electronic Arts. It's a good thing they're not releasing Heists actually, they need to make GTA:O a better playing experience, that's enjoyable. I mean seriously, how many times have I been shot up in my own garage because of that stupid garage exploit? Nonetheless, they're trying.Trying what should have already been done.

 

I was patient enough with them, a few models don't feed my hunger for new real content. Currently I don't play the game

Now there's some stupid health bar glitch... If you don't wear armor, your health bar "extends" across the whole radar, giving off the vibe that you're dying faster than normal. A pistol shot usually takes a small chunk but with this glitch, a pistol shot looks like it chomped a quarter of your health.

Why do we have a wallet? why cant our money go straight into our account? Just so some random person can shoot us and take our money?

 

Why can't we sell as many cars as we want, even premium cars? The game is called Grand Theft Auto.

 

Why have our payouts gone down on everything, but the cost of everything has stayed the same?

 

Why do we get these "free" updates/downloads with cars and guns that cost a fortune that we can't afford? I can't even do enough jobs and races in one evening to purchase all ammo for my guy. Let alone paint my car crew colors and put my crew logo on one single car.

 

Why do we have cash cards? It seems to afford these "free" downloads.

 

Why can't Rockstar just let us have an open world game where we can do anything that we want Whenever we want. If i wanted to log on and do nothing but steal cars and sell them let me.

 

Why can't we turn off the cops in a invite only lobby? It would be great to just turn them off and have control of the entire map.

 

It just seems to me that GTA Online is gearing up to turn into GTA pay to play.

Don't take this as me arguing, I am simply stating my opinion/observations-

No one asked for the free dlc crap. I say crap because that is what 97% of the updates have been. New cars/weapons/clothes are nice features but they could/should have been included in the game from the start and they don't change the game at all. I will admit the Capture modes/content creator have been cool additions but the Capture modes got old quick and the content creator sucks for me because I don't race anymore since people are always bumping and it's never about actual lap times AND Death matches are so boring that no matter where you create one it's still going to be just as bland.

 

"Free" isn't always good, especially when the 'free dlc cars' cost almost as much as a 10 car garage, or we get the free beach vehicles which NO ONE has in their garage because they are just crap.

 

Just because Rockstar puts out a new update/version doesn't mean they are doing it to benefit the community. They purposely decreased the payouts in all missions and races then fixed all the exploits where people would bring cool cars in from SP while fixing some 'bugs', etc.

 

For the record I believe that Crews were created to directly influence the Heists. Now that crews have become popular and started making videos and drawings and races, etc Rockstar is emphasizing their work because they don't have anything to show for themselves. Since Rockstar is constantly updating the community on things the crews are doing they are shifting the focus away from themselves. As many people have made mention these crews are almost obsolete aside from the fact that you get more xp/$ bonuses on jobs. So as Heists was promised to us it has not been implemented, no one knows why, they haven't given us ANY updates other than a sentence or two saying they are working on it.

 

If you guys forgot we already gave Rockstar the $60 for the game so they have very little incentive to give back to the community. There are no deadlines for them and they do not have to answer to anyone so there is really no reason for them to give us anything anymore, other than the ethics. I'm not saying they won't do anything, I am just saying they DO NOT HAVE TO and so they can choose to release everything or nothing at their leisure. I won't even get into how much of a joke the cash cards are because we all know that is solely a money making method for them.

 

I believe if Rockstar made DLC that I actually wanted I MIGHT pay for it, like a Jetpack- I think a lot of us would pay real $ to have in GTAO. But instead of asking the community what kind of content they want (via polls, etc.) they just push out crap to keep people content until the next update.

 

I think that GTA V online has been a huge disappointment and I was honestly much happier with GTA: San Andreas even if it was only single player. Rockstar has not delivered what they promised so now I don't believe any rumors or hear say. For Rockstar to release the online game in the condition that it was in is like a slap in the face and in my opinion they took us all for fools by taking our money and giving us an incomplete product then giving awful content for free to make up for it.
