Rockstar's PR Department blows.

 

From a business standpoint, it makes perfect sense for Rockstar to be phasing out their old gen game in favor of the new gen. But at the same time, you want to keep the old gen players happy so they'll be excited about buying the new game when they upgrade systems. This can be done with new DLC or, at the very least, announcements with SPECIFIC details about what players on the old gen machines can look forward to. You don't have to promise them the world. Just be honest.

 

I didn't think the game would last forever on the old consoles, but Rockstar has bungled the transfer of its playing community to the new machines.

 

It's like coming home to discover that your wife took every last scrap of furniture and left. You knew the bitch was going to leave you eventually, but dayum...not like this.

Have to vent off a moan as I;'ve just got really frustrated with Judging the Jury and rage quit the mission on the 2nd play.

 

I ALWAYS have done this mission with my buzzard solo becasuse it takes so long driving about in a car chasing after the jurors and

is really tricky on the 2nd stage where you have the time limit.

 

Today though it seems that mission has completely changed from when I last played it in August before I was unexpectedly taken

offline for a month but I got my chopper from the docks and flew across to the 1st guy that's in the area where Dry Docking takes

place - no lock on from the chopper so I land and go within range to kill him, I don't get a target lock (Tradditional Aim setting on

this try) so I kill him, go on with the other jurors which the helicopter missiles lock onto and kill except the giuy at the Kortz Centre

where I had to land and kill him.

 

Then onto the second part of the mission, again all targets in vehicles were killed but the last guy in the backyard near to Martin's

house I could not get a lock on and ended up getting wasted by the cops twice trying to kill/snipe him.

 

So is this a mission that's a bit buggy with lock on's or have they changed the helicopter lock on's so that it won't target NPC's

automatically and if so why did it do it for some of the mission but not all?

Passive mode players would still collect them even if they were in wooden crates. They'd stand on them, wait for a player to shoot it open, then slightly fall in. That's not very fair.

 

I really hope Rockstar changes this. Soon, or now would be f*cking better. Only players with passivce mode disabled can only pick up crates.

 

Actually the last three special crates I collected didn't actually have the package in a crate, so that is not even necessary.

 

That said, IIRC the NPC mercenaries guarding the crates CAN still shoot you to death in passive mode.

I know this is just normal by Rockstars standards at this point, but the over priced DLC vehicles, I mean who in the world would pay 85,000 thousand FOR A SUBPAR MOTORCYCLE!!!?? Why the hell my Meteorite bars keep disappearing every single time I join a session?

Why the hell Rockstar think is a good idea to have over 50 cigarettes but no more than 10 e-Cola's?

Why the hell the cigarettes appear from nowhere and I have to throw them every time?

Why the hell my character spawns and is doing that stupid animation and I can't move? Why the longest one?

 

Maybe Rockstar think it gives you the impression your character is alive and is doing stuff while I don't play but no, drinking a can of cola in the mid of a mountain is ridiculous. f*ck you all, I'm mad.
