Why is the version for PC delayed when the game is designed for PC and has a release coming for consoles running on very PC friendly hardware

 

The PC has more options, higher graphics settings, higher fps options, more variation in hardware to deal with, the graphics settings need to be more customisable etc.

 

That's not why it got delayed. The PC version was finished ages ago. The stuff you mentioned is typical for PC games and doesn't take months to implement. They're only delaying the PC version so they can get full profit from the sales, because the game launches on PC right after all the Steam Holiday sales are done.

Yeah, it's a bit slimy, but they know how to make money for sure.

 

Those people who signed the PC petition, I'm not sure why they bothered. The game was coming to PC no matter what anyway. There was a leak a while back that showed that the PC version was totally finished and ready for release since mid-2013... So it could've launched simultaneously with the PS3/360 versions if they really wanted to. But they thought it'd be better to force PC guys to either wait a year+ or buy the PS360 versions then re-buy it again later to get the prettier, better-performing version.

No nothing was even touched and if anything the game ran a little smoother then usual.

Dude, the spawning in this game is atrocious. I'm playing the LS Connection with a friend, right? I'm on the second part. I get shot through cover and die by 4 bullets. Typical.

 

The game decides to spawn me near where the enemies are playing possum and have increased damage! In turn, I die because of ridiculous spawns and cheap AI yet again.

This happenes all the time when going from MP to SP. Whatever you do ..DO NOT save your SP game ever after returning to it from MP or your sh*t will be gone.

Why hell the trailers on missions are made of paper mache? It's f*cking annoying when some asshole NPC in the traffic is in your way, you crash and an Issi stops you like if it was a wall of concrete then the stupid asswipe trailer flies and TA-DA... Mission failed! f*cking stupid sh*tty asshole fisics. f*ck your family, Rockstar.

 

You know what? f*ck the f*cking trucks, missions with safes are just f*cking impossible if you're playing solo. Even if you know the combination it moves so f*cking slow you have to place sticky bombs all the time, oh and yeah, a f*cking diferent combination every f*cking time. Who was the dumbass who said it was a good idea? Every mission with a safe has infinite respawning enemies who aren't more away than two feets, so good luck trying to pass the first combination. Not to mention how f*cking annoying is hearing the NPCs, and the difficult is the damn same, easy or hard you're dead with two shots. f*ck the docks, seriously.

I'm so f*cking sick of hearing about the PS4 and Xbox One versions of the game. I WILL NOT pay 60 f*cking dollars for a few graphical enhancements. Rockstar is trying to sell us a full-priced port, when they haven't even delivered promised features on 360 and PS3? What a f*cking joke. I bet this means we'll get no Halloween Special, no Veteran's Day Special, no Heists, nothing. They're just abandoning us; the people that made them billionares overnight. I am so f*cking annoyed at how a large chunk of the fanbase will buy the PS4/Xbox One versions of the game at launch. They don't see how ridiculous it is to buy the same game twice, apparently.
