It's sad when you can't even join missions without worrying about being kicked every time. The hate on high rankers is UNREAL. One guy decides to vote to kick me and blows up my bike during a mission and ive been kicked so many times this past weekend it was ridiculous. Im about to permanently stop playing missions with people and just do them SOLO for now on.

Couple hours ago I was cruising round on my hakouchu, went to pick up a crate drop just east of Zancudo. There were two guys holding down the base in lazers but they didn't come near me, I got the crate and bailed back to the city and cruised round a bit before going to LS airport.

 

As I rolled into the hanger to get my besra, one of the guys from the base earlier was coming at me in a car like a bat outta hell, just as I take off I hear an explosion and then a jet icon pops up. This guy f*cking spawned a lazer then comes at me, I tried to evade but he came up on me like he was slipstreaming, fired a rocket, I tried to turn tail but that sh*t followed me around and that was that. I got the f*ck out of that session.

 

I'm still kicking myself for not reporting the bastard, I dont see the point, these guys are like roaches. F*ck modders.

Just did a quick invite only to change around some paint schemes etc. and all done. I see a HPV pop up. I normally ignore these or blow them up blah blah but I thought f*ckit, I'll make back a tad of what I just spent.

 

I go through the motions, evade cops, pay for respray and I'm about two hundred meters from drop off.

 

Game freezes. Bastard. Again.

Yea its flawed at times. I hate it when my toons decide to ignore the cover in front in them to take cover behind something thats 10ft away or takes cover on the wrong leaving him/her exposed.

People who create ass long races that don't give you enough time to finish if you're like 15 seconds behind, then you finish and for 15 minutes of intense competing you get like 1k or something...

People who host jobs, invite you, then leave the job...

People in ugly as hell supercars with NO driving skills so driving with them takes 10 times longer than using some average car with a good driver

how long are you talking about? laps or ptp? if its over 7 miles ptp i leave because most ones i have played are boring and made badly

I was flying my Pegasus Mammatus attempting to land it on Maze Bank. Close to the roof/helipad my plane explodes. I didn't hit anything. Some guy at Vespucci Binco did it. Obvious modder is obvious.

Yeah the cover system is stupid. Sometimes my char will take cover behind a wall that is 10 miles away and end up getting my entire lifebar scraped. Sometimes the cover literally doesn't even work since I still end up getting shot and taking full damage because apparently one nano-pixel was exposed.

I lost a race I was dominating to a 9F who can't drive for sh*t and crashed the entire race (at one point he didn't take a turn properly and spun out, suddenly on my right then teleports to my left and then really behind me) He was really far back when he suddenly passed me and was crashing into traffic left and right which left him unaffected and me wildly dodging cars.

 

After the loss my PS3 controller disconnected from the usb while it was charging and while it remained on it stopped responding and left me with an error about not detecting a controller. Now I have to restart and after having to restart 7 times already because I kept freezing when I disconnected back to singleplayer, I am sure it will take many more tries.

 

*edit* the controller remained on when I shut down my PS3, had to reset controller.

The Pegasus recall, combined with the aircraft icons have basically killed my ability to hide aircraft in the city.

I know this isn't a big deal for most players, but I use my planes just like I use my PVs.

I like to leave a Cuban 800 on the golf course, as an escape vehicle, or occasionally land at mirror park and leave my plane there while I do city "stuff."

The best part about Pegasus aircraft (to me atleast) was that they would stay where you left them, unlike regular aircraft.

 

Now everybody can see that I've landed there, and go wreck the plane. However, that doesn't matter much in the end though, because it will despawn anyway.

 

It is annoying as f*ck when I'm racing back to my plane (being chased by cops, players, or carrying a mission object) and I get a text from Pegasus saying they recovered it. It's like having your mechanic reclaim your PV because you didn't use it recently, except you need to go back to the airport to get a replacement.

 

A recover call option would be nice.

God f-cking damn it why the f-ck do I get paired with the worst possible players in the god damn game when it comes to any competitive game type? Like, holy f-cking sh-t, every f-cking time I finally get to play an okay deathmatch that isn't some ret-rd's attempt at baiting after about an hour's worth of searching, I get every scrub in the game on my team to go against level 100+'s. It's so f-cking ridiculous that I'm expected to win with such sh-tty players just because I'm good. Why the f-ck am I punished for being a good player? Like, what the f-ck does that do? Besides give my opponents an edge, of course.

 

All I ask of my teammates is that they at least get a 1.0 K/D so that I know that they didn't bring our team down. Instead, what do I get? Players who can't even get a f-cking 0.50 K/DR! Like, holy f-ck, man. When I'm getting almost every single one of our god d-mn points, something is seriously f-cking wrong.

So I don't know if this is due to the update or the fact that I created a second character just before the update, but all my main characters stats are now wonky according to the social club. The stat bars are all at zero....strength, shooting, driving etc. it still lists some stats but according to social club my 156 level character has never gotten a pistol kill, used anything but the special carbine and advanced rifle. Top speed 0, no stoppies or wheelies, have never robbed a store, solicited hookers etc. anybody else have this happen to them? Is this just an issue at the moment? What's going on?

it is glitchy, I just checked my profile and after a couple refreshes my play time changed from 37 to 38 and finally 39 days played online

Sometimes my character is taking cover and all of a sudden stands up. Annoying.

 

Sometimes auto aim isn't working on players. Even more annoying.

 

Passive mode disables every now and then. Scouter says annoyance level is over 9,000.

I love roody poos that think it's a good idea to spam their stupid-ass rockets and grenades everywhere, which inevitably blows up the vehicle/meth/briefcase/tanker/person we were trying to retrieve.

 

I also love idiots who think it's funny to ram into me at the speed of light with their ugly sh*tty little supercars the moment I step out of my vehicle.

 

On that note, I love the countless morons who insist on even purchasing and driving a supercar, a vehicle they can't drive for sh*t yet insist on doing so anyway. It's great how some of them feel like they just *have* to beat you to the mission destination point, by any means necessary. Yeah, pat yourself on the back, you figured out how to hold the R2 button and steer, something you can barely even do correctly. Nice.

though obviously (as I forgot to state) the only way to kill someone in a mission is to run them over...

 

had a tard last night who decided they run my lvl 8 character over twice in RR (they were lvl 100+).. then they shot out the tires of the person who picked up the document (who then decided to drive the whole way on his bare hubs.. ) - and then tard blew up the other person's car.. so they literally walked through the gardens and jumped fences to deliver it and avoid being run over by said tard..

 

If I can find the name of the tard in my met players list, I'm going to go hunt them down with my main character and exact a revenge that shall be written down the annals of history...

 

(and btw I'm not a mission camper.. even when I'm using my low level characters I'm still pulling more kills than some.. )

After several failed attempts (session timed out, unable to connect blablabla) I finally manage to get my mate into an invite only session with me. After a bit of dicking around we decide to go on a contact mission spree.

 

Having completed our first mission we select 'Satellite Communications' from the Vote Screen... Lo and behold we are dumped into a job awaiting launch hosted by some prick on the other side of the planet who promptly decides to kick both of of us, putting us both into separate public lobbies. Cue 20 mins f*cking around trying to get in an IO session again!

 

If I start a job set to 'CLOSED' it means I've no interest in doing the mission with other people, so f*ck off forcing me into working with kickers and/or milkers

 

Does anyone know if this is a setting I can turn off?

There is a setting to turn off, I think it's somewhere underneath matchmaking or something but I'm sure if you check your online settings you'll find it somewhere
