I believe not on this setup, the hardware combination is just too limiting, I think. Strange listing with free keyboard and mouse and such, I would expect that as a given. I would like to explore your options with you if you can name a budget. I would ask what else you would like to do with the PC, but if it will run GTA V acceptable, it should be fine for most else anyway, and if your budget allows I would consider intensive graphics and video rendering then, but we/others who help will go together from there.

Keep in mind that the first two videos here are running video capture, and no way to tell which they are using or how optimally they have configured it:

Here is the A4 6300 with the [I think] lower version of that GPU, pretty poor performance:

Here I have found the same GPU, but a different CPU, unfortunately, this hasn't much improved the situation:

The 7300 and that gpu look like we're getting closer to playable:

SO, I would suggest we find the baseline, which will likely be a bit above minimum, and then you can look at around how little you need, or how much more is worth saving for how much longer. I would assert that saving a bit longer is worth it in every scenario PC purchase related. You will have more buying power, and the [equivalent] things you can buy today will tend be cheaper then as well. Either way, a bit more time always means more money saved, and newer stuff on the market, better stuff in used market, and so on.

This is the recommended specification for GTA 5.

 OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1.
 Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)
 Memory: 8GB.
 Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD7870 2GB.
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible.
 HDD Space: 65GB.

I used to play it on PS. But I am about to buy Grand Theft Auto 5 PC through Instant Gaming for my younger brother as a birthday gift. I was too looking for compatibility information and got this on the internet. I Hope it was helpful.
