ejderemir 467
It feels so different to read this thread. The feel that when you watch or read the old things people wrote or recorded on the internet. I haven't seen this thread before. It feels deep, a bit nostalgic and fascinating. I just read what they wrote, and couldn't say anything, couldn't think about anything.

neo92boi 385
You guys should do a museum of how the forum has evolved, maybe even have a timeline of events that have changed the course of how things operate here on a daily basis. That would be nice to see 👍🏾

LiniArc 2,068
I was wondering if we could see "About me" page when we visit the profile as default rather than the "activity" wonder if its a thing and I am missing on it. Also now we cant see (afaik) what previous usernames for a member were. Those are two things I find quite odd. Otherwise its pretty good update, I am so used to previous version of forums. But with time it will only get better. Edited October 31, 2018 by *Qi*
Spider-Vice 43,538
Previous usernames are a staff only feature due to privacy concerns, it doesn't need to change. If the member wants to let others know who they were, they can do so in their member title, or signatures when/if they are enabled.
just do it bob1 2,624
When will we get sigs? Staff and people in crews have them, why cant we?
Spider-Vice 43,538
Signatures are in testing in specific forum groups and could be disabled at any moment again for any reason as tweaks still need to be made.

Spider-Vice 43,538
Eventually. For now, your awards can be seen in your profile.

GTAStreets 7
It's a lot different and it's still the same style. Updated with the times. About ten years 14 years ago the color scheme was the same style and the user interactive features are still here but yet a lot more sophisticated. I haven't been here in a long time due to personal issues & the account I had before seems to not exist anymore due to inactivity.

Jowday 70
Hi all! Another new incomers. Playing for the 100% of GTA since Vice City (well since GTA III to be honest, but that was somewhat "raw" imho). Now in my second run of GTA V ! AlessioLaker 58
Spoiler Spoiler Spoiler Hi everybody, my name is Alessio and i write from Italy. I've been a big fan of the GTA series since Vice City, a videogame known at a friend's house and that marked my "transition" to PS2. After playing that masterpiece, I was slightly disappointed with the back-pass to GTA 3, because of the characters and the vehicles that could not be used (see helicopters, above all).Since 2004 and over the years, GTA San Andreas has bene my favorite videogame of the entire GTA series. I spent around 100 hours and learned a lot on the roads that a few years later I was lucky enough to travel on my honeymoon (driving in Lombard St. in San Francisco was actually much easier than in the video game:asd). I also bought the reissue made for PS3. I also loved GTA IV a lot (which I would have seen well also in film version) and, obviously GTA V, which brought me back to Los Santos (not to San Fierro, unfortunately ....). My absolute favorite video game - of the entire R * production and not only - until a few months ago was the first (for me sensational) Red Dead Redemption, a game that I idolized right (and that over the years I have completed 100% , playing and replaying) .I did not believe that John Marston and his adventure would have been honestly "outdated" in my preferences, but R * has bene successful to create an even more amazing masterpiece than the first RDR, obviously RDR 2: i did not unfortunately still completed or replayed, also for lack of time (I don't know the average age of the forum members, but i'm already at 42 ....). I don't use thematic maps and / or guides to play, i prefer to turn and explore and "discover" myself. As for online: I disliked GTA IV (technically excellent, but tiring and exhausting to get RP), better RDR 1, unsurpassed GTA V (played on PS3, the other 100% completed). I consider myself a "correct" player: i'm not one of those who go around killing random people, perhaps treacherously. I prefer to face opponents in competitive mode or, if necessary, in a duel required. This clarification of mine is just to make people understand how i play, it is not a criticism of those who behave in the opposite way online. As can be seen from the nickname, one of my greatest passions is NBA basketball. I am a die-hard Lakers fan.Previously I was registered in another Italian forum (format that I still love, I don't have facebook or instagram by choice, but only twitter), which however has been closed recently. I hope to have fun here and find out a lot about R * video games. A big hello to everyone. Hi everybody, my name is Alessio and i write from Italy.
