Model fully welded, fixed animation problems and t-shirt and face texture updated. Yellow mouth bug fixed

-fam2beta bandana model fixed and texture color updated. Body fully welded

-fam3beta green texture leftovers on his face removed and uv map fixed. Model fully welded uv map fixed

Artwork OG Loc made by SlingShot753. You can download from his workshop or you can find retextured version from Ped Database V2

and we already added artwork Tenpenny.  Recreating that artwork cop as Tenpenny is pointless. Nobody wants to hear Samuel Jackson voice from a white cop.
