itsallup Posted May 23, 2018 Share Posted May 23, 2018 Hello everybody I downloaded the 4.0 a few days ago and because there is not a 100% save I try using the debug with the instructions to change the number of MasterDebug from 0 to 1. I did that and saved the ini as an administrator of the computer and it did not initiate as a debug mode. Can somebody tell me how I do it or if there is another gta-lc.ini someone could share. Jimmy Posted May 31, 2018 Share Posted May 31, 2018 Make sure your installation folder is not marked as Read-Only before you make those changes.
