Can i not hook a Marquis with the Cargobob on the PC version? I did it on PS3. What the hell?

Are you in passive, with another player on the boat? That changed old > new gen.

No, just trying to hook with the boat empty. Not in Passive, either.

I was able to pick Marquis on the PC. Are you sure you are trying to catch the right spot? You are only able to pick the boat by the mast
