So, I try to log into GTA Onlind today and I get a message that says Rockstar Game Services are unavailable right now. I try to join again and I get a files required to play GTA Online cannot be downloaded. Please try again later

 

I continue trying to log on and I keep getting these same messages. Any ideas for a fix or are others experiencing issues also?

 

PS. Mods, if this isnt supposed to be posted here or theres another thread for this, feel free to lock.

 

PPS: issues with logging on resolved itself. Mods, Please go ahead and lock this thread.

I'm on but haven't been able to save for the past 45 minutes. PS4 BTW.

 

Edit: servers are now totally gone for me and it's telling me it can't load my character.

I am also unable to get online on PC. Just keeps telling me that the game servers are unavailable

I managed to make all my MC Businesses full and sourced and sold one car. I hope the servers are fixed tonight I still have to sell all 5 MC Businesses before the double event ends. Then im gonna shut down all again except coke and meth.

When I got home about 2 hours ago it was only PS4 and PC showing limited, but within a couple of minutes all platforms were showing Limited. And it's remained that way for the past 2 hours.

Had intermittent save issues all last night, now this morning no access at all (on PC).

I figure R has made all the vehicles free for a day but shut down server access. :beerhat::miranda:

This is so typical. I have all 4 businesses filled and now i can't get to sell it. And when they had the 4:20 special where for one day i could get double pay for weed my weed business wouldn't start up. A day after, when it was too late, it worked fine again.

I hope theyll add 1 more day of double MC & Hanger for all this downtime. Cant remember it being down this long before, apart from the Ddos vs XboxL and PSN in late 2015? but that had nothing to do with R* servers.

After an afternoon of "saving failed", I did a contact mission, and after that it put me in a new session with "save successful". Did a Coke sale as I thought I'd found a way to fix it, and now contact missions won't load. Grrrrr.

They've made how many billions of dollars off of this game? But still, garbage servers consistently. This is a 7 hour outage for me now, which is horrendous. It's become the main reason I pay for psn. I feel a refund is in order if it's not fixed soon..

Had problems late last night here. Had to wait an hour before it finally flashed the save successful message. Just tried to play online a bit ago, it tok 4 or 5 tries to get online. Then when I was, save game failure messages. Ugh.

What has PSN to do with the crappy Rockstar-Games Servers? Are you serious about that refund because the game can't be played for a day?

 

Jesus some ppl really are weird.

 

 

I just hope they make the biker & hangar double event one day longer because of that. I bet im not the only one who wanted to sell stuff today.
