I've seen that people are able to run Vice City on the engine that GTA V uses and you're able to do loads of things. Now here's my question. Could you in a sense, rebuild Vice City ALMOST from the ground up by slowly updating things in the game? Like replacing the old Vice City palm trees with the ones GTA V uses and so on?
