One large city like GTAV or multiple smaller cities like SA?

I hopped on San Andreas yesterday for the first time in a while and it really blew me away with how varied the map was for a 2005 game. I know it felt bigger due to slower vehicles and shoddy driving controls, but I must say I would have taken smaller LS, SF, and LV over one big Los Santos. I really hope GTA Next has multiple cities separated by highways countryside and small towns rather than one big city. Anyone else feel the same?

One city for me with alot more interiors, more detailed landmarks, more realistic ped/traffic density etc.

Id go for multiple small islands as I want the boat to be actually useful.

I just want one large city.

Also Los Santos in V isn't really large imho

Neither. Multiple large cities/close to V LSs size.

Multiple small cities with one of them NOT being connected by a bridge.

VC-SF-LV + the desert West of LV. Vice City would be disconnected.

Smaller cities and you unlock each island through progression, like the old days.

Multiple LS sized cities

Hell I wouldn't mind if LS returned in VI, so long as LV and SF are present and big enough. Though I'd much prefer VI to be VIce City ;)

Same size as V with more building interiors and things to do on the inside and out. More sporting activities for online, home invasion, robbing banks, etc.

One city. I can forgive SA for the hardware but enormous maps are never as intricate or fully realised as more focused ones and I don't want another half-baked map like V's which had a lot of unused potential. If Rockstar can create a map of V's size and diversity with the completeness of IV's, it'd be gamings best.

Smaller size. I think IVs LC was perfect in size for a city, but it'd have been complete with a countryside and another city to make the whole map a lot more diverse and interesting to explore. I think 2 cities + 1 countryside is my preferred choice for the map but spanning the size of the whole Vs map overall.

Miami-Fort Lauderdale-West Palm Beach metro area, then smaller cities like Orlando/Tampa/Atlanta

I want just 'one large city' with more details. Maybe add some Islands or rural areas, but no multiple cities.

Definitely multiple smaller cities. SA's LA, SF and LV were huge, despite being small in comparison with LS from GTA 5.

I'd take a large diverse map with a large range of terrains and multiple towns regardless of their size over one large city any day.

Hmmm nice bike

I'd like to see at least two mid-sized cities. I always felt like GTA V should have done this. Have LS and then a city south of LS based on San Diego, separated by countryside (and shrink the amount of countryside north of LS to make up for it, and move the desert southeast like it is in California in real life). Of course, I wouldn't mind one city again as long as it's done right. And no fully-mapped ocean anymore, which just screams "pointless waste of space and resources that could have made a more-detailed city."
