BokiKV
Motherboard: DQ965GF GPU: Radeon 5450 HD 2GB DDR3 CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6600 2.40ghz RAM: 8GB DDR2 HDD: ST3500630NS 500GB I have these specifications and I play GTA San Andreas again after a while, since this is one of my favorite games. I have one problem. I put it on high and the game works normally when the color quality of the resolution is 16 bits, and it is lag at 32bits.What the problem is? The resolution of the monitor is 1366x768, I put the fix to be this resolution.Sorry for bad English.

j7n
The video adapter is entry level with low fillrate. Other components are not relevant. I'm surprised there is a difference, as Radeons are 32-bit internally. Β If you have not already done so, turn down "Visual FX Quality" to Low. I think it does not degrade anything much (it removes rotating shadows), and is preferable to low resolution on an LCD. Check video card's control panel to see if you have enabled some enhancement which only comes into effect at 32 bits (I recall there was no antialiasing on Radeons at 16-bit). Β Any particular place on the map where you are getting the lag?
