I want to make cleo script that e.g add gangs siting or talking that add gangs siting in houses like this mod called ,,No abandoned area"

This puts gang members on alleyways, Soldiers in the docks, Soldiers in the KAAC base on Las Venturas, adds security to SF Docks and security guards in train stations, and poblates the farm with racist farmers, aside from some other things.
