Luigi Goterelli's Missions (100% Game Completion)

So from what I've heard after killing Salvatore it is impossible to do Luigi's missions. I am close to finishing the main story and I don't have any backup saves. I want to complete the game in 100%. There must be a mod fix for this, r-right?
