Should I buy a hangar, facility, or bunker since there has been a price drop? Oh yeah, add an office to the list. Any help is appreciated.

Office. Then vehicle warehouse. Then it becomes easy money.

Then a bunker, fully upgraded. Then it becomes easier passive money.

If you can, hit these missions hard that pay 2x, buy the bloody lot, lol.

Caution: Probably unhealthy. :)

If you play solo, DO NOT buy hangar for money making. But if you want some decent aircraft, hangar is must have property.

I figured that would be the case. Thank you for the help.

I'm having fun with the races so I am glad that they pay double money.

Honestly I rarely play. Off from school for a week and I saw R* was giving away money lol. I just wanted to see if I could actually start making money since the prices of the facilites(meaning all of them bunker, hanger etc.) are half off.

All the advice is good, but also don't buy the cheapest locations.

Edit: Except for the office, that is fine to go cheap on.

The office is a good buy, but the attached garages are NOT on sale.

Before we can answer, how much money do you have available to spend?

If you have no current businesses or MC properties, the cheapest option would be to buy an MC clubhouse and a bunker, fully upgrade the bunker

Use the bunker to earn money to buy a CEO office, then the I/E warehouse

If he doesnt have a ceo office, he would be advised to get a clubhouse, to be an mc president

I know a bunker can be done as a VIP, but, iirc, there is a cooldown period for that

Bunker and VIP work is all I've been doing for a while, the only cooldown I know of is the wait between VIP missions, and once you get a pattern going there is little or no wait between jobs.

If there is you can rob a couple of stores, or reset the cooldown using a contact mission/playlist/whatever in between.

Then every so often you'll have to resupply the bunker, then do more missions until the stock is at a level where you want to sell.

Only problem is when you do a steal supply job the cooldown resets and you have to start your pattern again.

I'm doing Headhunter then a playlist (using Cleaning the Cat House job) combo and it works really well with the double payout this week. I'm getting $15550 for the playlist job and between $21000 and $23000 for Headhunter (depends on how long it takes to get all 4 targets).

This takes about 10 minutes for the two jobs.

Then I sell the bunker stock at $175000 to LS which nets $262,500 if fully successful.

I made a little over $500,000 last night in a little over 3 hours.

There is a 500k office that I had my eyes on.

that's cool for now I don't really have cars except for my armored karuma.

I got like 2.3 mil. I have a useless club house that I brought one weekned when it was on sale. I don't have a bunker but it does seem like an interesting choice.

I've done Headhunter in the city with my armored Kuruma, it's certainly very doable, sometimes easier than trying to bag the target in the courtyard downtown, just drive in , BANG, and back out.

It takes a little longer that's all, and is actually a little more fun.

It is doable with a Buzzard, but a few good hits from the target's crew in the cars can disable the helo pretty quick since it's not armored, and the rapid fire from the Akula is much better suited to hammering the cars when they slow down at intersections.

The Buzzard is pretty fragile.

I started doing Headhunter in the Kuruma (that's why I bought it, really), and alternating with sightseer in the Buzzard (which everyone should own).

Sightseer sometimes takes a while, so by the time you get done traipsing around the county (usually), Headhunter should be available again (I think it's an 8 minute cooldown between missions).

That's how I made the money to buy the Akula. Also the Starling, Havok, Insurgent, a couple of cars on sale, etc.

Just work at it and buy what you want when a sale comes up.

I bought the $500,000 office, not because I needed it, but because I'll eventually want one and it saved me $500,000.

Easy choice!

This also familiarizes you pretty well with a lot of the map.

So, you have an MC clubhouse, you can run the bunker as an mc president, the better option currently, buy a bunker and upgrade the staff and equipment, 6 to 7 hours, you will have enough to buy the CEO office if they are still on offer

Do not buy paleto bay bunker, it is the worst location possible

For cost/access/location, Chumash is very good

The bunker will earn you passive income, whilst you are doing other things

What do I need to do the headhunter job solo in my karuma? I will most likely have enough for an office and a bunker.

This sounds like what I want. The ability to make money while not even having to complete a mission or as you said passive income. What do you mean specifically as far as upgrade the staff and equipment? I don't want to spend money on things that have no impact on the intended outcome. Also lago zacundo bunker seems to be 60k cheaper.

The upgrades are to increase production quantity and value. They are not an option IMO.

You basically buy 75k of stock and it turns in to 210k product for sales. If you have the upgrades.

You can also steal supplies but there's better money buying.

Spend the extra and get farmhouse or Chumash. Zancudo is more difficult solo. You can do solo FULL bunker sales from farmhouse (1,050,000.00). It's very difficult from zancudo.

Im getting 32k-34k for RR and TT. 37k-40k for LS Connection. All depends on how long I play it and I am always solo. I afk for a few minutes at the start of most of the missions about 10% of the time. I feel its faster then VIP work at the moment.

The staff and equipment upgrades are essential to maximise the profits

Once upgraded, they boost production times and stock values

You will soon make the money back

Upgraded, 1 full supply bar gives $140k walk in value, or, $210k for a distance sale

1 full supply bar, turned in to stock, will guarantee a solo vehicle sale

Max walk in value to guarantee single vehicle sales, is $175k

I have farmhouse for my main high level character. Started at Zancudo because I have the west-side hanger there but it was a pain to do most sales so I moved to farmhouse. Loving it and not a single regret.

I'm working on my new second character this week due to 2x CMs and I'm gonna buy the chumash. So far this week I've leveled up some 15-20x times and am already over 1.3mil.

I've got Ballas to the wall in a playlist. Load it up, sneak up and grab the car and book it to the construction site next to drop off then make crop circles for 15 minutes. Then I go do laundry, a bowl, play a game of pool, surf innerwebs etc. Come back and deliver then repeat. It takes under 3 minutes to get the car so aside from load and setting screens I'm grinding 20 minutes per hour, if that. Not too bad but wouldn't do it if not for 2x.

What do I need to do the headhunter job solo in my karuma? I will most likely have enough for an office and a bunker.

I think I had a bit over $800,000 into it with full upgrades. That makes it pretty quick and it has quite good handling, and the armor means that the cops only get annoying if you get 3 stars, even then it's no big deal unless you get trapped right next to a bunch of 'em.

If they're immediately adjacent to your car they will kill you quick. Keep moving and you're good.

Before we can answer, how much money do you have available to spend?

If you have no current businesses or MC properties, the cheapest option would be to buy an MC clubhouse and a bunker, fully upgrade the bunker

Use the bunker to earn money to buy a CEO office, then the I/E warehouse

I got like 2.3 mil. I have a useless club house that I brought one weekned when it was on sale. I don't have a bunker but it does seem like an interesting choice.

This sounds like what I want. The ability to make money while not even having to complete a mission or as you said passive income. What do you mean specifically as far as upgrade the staff and equipment? I don't want to spend money on things that have no impact on the intended outcome. Also lago zacundo bunker seems to be 60k cheaper.

Try Rooftop Rumble, Trash Talk, Ls Connection as a playlist and then sell Bunker, and Coke if you have it. Ive been earning 1 mill in 2 hours.

I use to solo roof top and trash talk back on ps3. Did R* bring them back? update 22k to solo pier pressure got damn

I'm doing my missions quick to maximize gain over time.

You'll get a bigger payout if you stay the full 15 min in a playlist job, but if you do a quick in and out then Headhunter, then right back into the playlist the money per hour is higher, especially good at the double payout rate.
