Your health increases every 20 levels until you reach Level 100. After that, all you can do is reach 120 to unlock the minigun and 130 to be able to equip 10 armors.

You apparently gain more health as you rank up, allowing higher ranked players to take more damage. I think it caps at around 120ish.

yes every 20 level increases max HP up to lv 100

but really... only small difference to average NPC vs ordinary players (common NPC had 100 HP while regular players are 150 at start)

while strength is just as effective , they don't increase your max health but they reduce your damage taken

Your health max out at level 120, you can still increase your health regeneration until you reach level 200

Player Health information:

Below Rank 20 = 238

Below Rank 40 = 256

Below Rank 60 = 274

Below Rank 80 = 292

Below Rank 100 = 310

After Rank 100 = 328

Full Armor = 50

Full Armor with Heavy Vest = 75

Heavy Vest multiply your armor value by 1.5.

Level 120 + Full Armor = 378

Health regeneration meaning how much it goes up by after injury or how fast it goes back up?

So does the heavy vest multiply the armor or give more armor in freemode or just in heists?

Do you mean like our health will regenerate up to full heath or will the rate of regenerating will be much faster?

Nah it's the regeneration rate, as far as I know, without being an MC President or CEO (or a member of those etc) once your health drops below half, it'll only ever refill back up to half, when standing still or in cover, driving a vehicle etc.

Also worth noting that players die when they have 100 health or less, so just deduct that. Furthermore, firearms don't do the same amount of damage vs a player as they do per the game files (example - game files say Pistol Mk.2 does 32 damage per shot, it's actually 22 damage per shot against other GTA Online players.)

Regeneration rate.

Multiply the armor and the weapon resistance in heists.

I find that only the associates health goes all the way back up, not the CEOs?

Yep, only the associates get the health regen to full.

Btw: i found out yesterday that you gain the health increase at lvl 99 and not 100. just took me 5 years to actually pay attention to this small detail. xD
