Difference Between Speech Files? "Full" and "Mini".

Hello everyone.

 

I've been messing around with voice files courtesy of sjaak's trainer. I've noticed two types of speech: a) full and b) mini. Can someone clarify what the differences are?

 

An amazing perk of the Voice menu is you can assign voices to MP models, making them able to talk (great for RP).
