Tell me why I should buy yacht?

Must try this when it gets moved and I want it back near farmhouse.

It won't get moved if you have it near the Farmhouse. The only time your yacht will be moved is if you enter a session, and the max number of yachts have already been spawned at the location where you had yours. In practice (at least in my experience), that will only ever happen at Vespucci Beach.

Well, the yacht is nothing more than an overpriced apartment on the high seas yet a wonderful complement to your exapnding empire as a show that you have cash and worked your ass off for it. Not to mention, you have free boats and jet skis along side, a wonderful chopper to boot. And, in case you're in need of additional ammo/weapons and health, it has it. Though the areas in which my yacht spawn are usually areas which I have my bunker/hangar or my special warehouses and car I/E places. Or sometimes in between, a great way to get the hell away from cops or the people generally speaking.

3. A home away from home/recreational vibe to it

4. A sign of wealth

 

While these reasons are fine in themselves, Im not sure they qualify a prizetag of min. $8M. Or maybe its just because the prizetag is $8M that it feels extra special. I dont know. I like having it, wouldnt sell it even if I could. But theres plenty of other enabling stuff in the game that you could get for that kind of money.

Yeah, a wonderful chopper that doesn't have an icon, and despawns if you leave it anywhere. So helpful.

Why doesnt it include the chopper at your pegasus or ownd special vehicules if You actually own it...Or when u ask your captain to deliver a pick up boat it appears waaay far away or dont even appear.

I would recommend a yacht if you want a lil boost levelling up. Set it at fort zancudo,do your privacy prevention....do hot laps with your chopper near the west tip...in and out ...10 minutes/$30,000/up to 22,000 rp

Buy a yacht only if you like to see an icon of your yacht on the map. Other than that, it serves no purposes!!

Griefed the sh*t out of a medium lobby this morning then started PP and went stealth waiting for bait. A chopper (level 140ish) and a deluxo (level 89) came straight away. I followed the deluxo in and blew it up just as it was about to land on the front of Get Rekd, then managed to get the chopper in the same pass. Chopper dude ended up on board and deluxo guy ended up on the shore. We had a great battle on the decks and it was fairly even until I went Ghost Org and pulled out the assault shotgun. About that time deluxo guy came up on a ski and boarded. I held them off as they were not working together so it was a free-for-all.

 

When it was over I killed them both the last time and they spawned elsewhere so I went to the bar, grabbed a drink, put the controller down and took a deep breath with a giant grin.

 

It's a lot more rewarding when it's your own yacht that you're protecting instead of someone elses.

Unless they patched it, I know when I first bought my Yacht, I parked my Pegasus Hydra on the Helipad (the one without the chopper), and then moved the Yacht, and the Hydra stayed on the Helipad.

a yacht is for the people who won't ask "why should I buy a yacht"

if you want a ridiculously expensive and useless yet cool looking spawn-point with some "nice" features, go for it.

if you're low on cash .. don't, especially when the new update is on the horizon.
