Most entertaining properties to own

So last night I had some extra cash I wanted to buy some things for entertainment. So I have always wanted to own a property in Vespucci Beach so I switched my Clubhouse and I love having an easy spawn point in Vespucci Beach now (to watch npcs and have easy beach access). I also noticed I can call my sailboat and easily take it out from there (bonus!), and the ultralight spawns on the beach nearby.

 

That got me thinking, I usually buy properties less for the location for practical reasons but more because there is active npc (like my vehicle warehouse in the hood) or other entertainment features like the hanger in Fort Zancudo (free air vehicles, active npc, close to the beach, etc.)

 

OK so what in your opinion are the most interesting, scenic, entertaining, funny, properties and businesses to own?

 

Also how can I own the weed store on Vespucci Beach? I thought there was a weed factory there?

You can't own the weed store in Online, that's some story mode sh*t. Biker businesses are purchased from the clubhouse laptop, but there's no weed farm at Vespucci Beach.

That's what I found out. I know the weed business isn't that profitable but I would own it for the entertainment factor like the coke factory has bikini clad workers. I thought maybe if you buy a weed farm you might get an outlet in Vespucci Beach.

And for those who are interested I think the Vespucci Beach clubhouse has the best appearance and best npc location in the game. I love that it's covered in tattoo art and is right on the Vespucci Beach boardwalk. Easy access to atvs, skidoos, funny conversations and loads of hookers at night. It's a spectacle to behold when full of npcs. And I like the 2 level clubhouse style better. Hey I just realized it's an easy spawn for the ultralight as well. And of course the dinghy can spawn there.

This. I'll add that lombank has the perfect view of the Santa Monica pier. But yeah, OP, the zancudo hangars offer the perfect launch pad for us flyboys.

Agreed Lombank is high on my list because of the view. Is the helipad as good as Maze Bank?

I bought the two-car garage out past the airfield, over the hills, which is next to some kind of shopping plaza or something.

It's an absolute hoot to go over there, because there's often a Gang Attack group there, and many times, the locals just go crazy if you even just wave a gun around!

And as soon as it gets too heavy or cops come, you can run around the back to the garage and go inside until it all quiets down.

Tell us which address. That's exactly what I'm looking for. I used to have the little garage on the Coast Highway and it was a great little spot to keep a beach cruiser, and a convertible for rides down the highway. Also spawn the ultralight for a cruise up the coast. I may buy it again just to listen to the seagulls and the reasons above.

Is the helipad as good as Maze Bank?

 

It's better, no staircase to climb and you can land a Hydra, Cargobob and Buzzard altogether in the same roof. The Perfect setup for I/E.

 

The back alley of the building fits a MOC just fine in case you need to quickly change your ammo type.

 

You can also land a Avenger in the helipad with some patience, but I don't advise it since it sticks out like a sore thumb.

Yes I'm seeing the advantages now of Lombank, after my next grind I'll need to switch.

 

I have a similar "problem" with the gangstas in the area around my vehicle warehouse. It's easy to get into a brawl but it's a fun way to waste time waiting for the I/E time clock.

A yacht for chilling with friends. A bunker for your own gun range, a ceo office for being able to spawn and request any of your vehicles to your door and customize your ~60 vehicles that you can store there. Airport hangar if you are a collector and you love helis and planes for sure. Also yacht comes with a helicopter a few boats and jetskis with it so if you like that type of leisure thats a go. Considering prices of a lot of new content a 10 mil yacht doesn look that ridiculous by contrast.

You can get the Counterfeit Cash MC business, its right across the street from the Tattoo parlor.

 

There's an apartment down the street as well. 45 Bay Ave, I think.

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but I love the Blaine County Motorcycle ClubHouse. We hold MC competitions and it's perfectly placed to do bike jousting, drag races and ring fist fighting, not to mention there's all the stuff you can do in the club house like arm wrestling, darts, drinking, etc. Some of the best meets we've ever had.

I've enjoyed the Lombank West CEO office. It's pretty cool at night with the lights from the Vepucci Beach boardwalk rides.

I prefer the grittiness of Vespucci Beach over the pier though I was tempted by both but it was an obvious choice for me. My son still remembers when we went and had fried twinkies and ding dongs right next to the clubhouse (but in real life) in Venice Beach and I've always dreamed of having a house there if I was super rich. And we stayed in a boat in almost the same location as the sailboat spawn point. It's a great place to stay while in Los Angeles. Look on airbnb for boats you can stay on. It was cheaper than a hotel with great access to the pier, Venice Beach, and Hollywood.

On 4/20 I bought a weed farm in Paleto Bay mainly to pretend Courtney took it up as a hobby and to experience the delivery mission where you get high while driving. I don't expect to use it much or make my money back any time soon.

I filled my Paleto Bay Weed Farm with product, and sold it on 4/20. Getting the single truck mission that you get high from the second hand smoke. I made sure to record the end of the mission with the R* editor, and I'm glad I did. Sticky bombing the truck after the sale was completed was epic, The truck flew onto and rolled over the rooftop to it's left. I really must edit and upload that footage.

 

..And I topped off that sale by spending seventy five thousand on more supplies, and immediately shutting down the business. That was done to stop LJT from calling me about the Weed Farm ever again.

I would love to buy appartments all over the map, but since i'm always fighting with lack of garage space it makes moving cars around a pain in the ass.

So as a result all my appartments are in the Eclipse tower, so i can just drive out one garage and right into the other.

 

If rockstar ever let us buy sufficient garage space i'll definitely make sure i have a property on each part of the map, and of course make sure that the garages contain cars that suit the environment.

 

My spawn location is always the CEO office since i like the way the interior looks, that it has a 60 car garage and that my assistant can park any car outside for me.

Also the first week the lazer became available the military base was hoppin. That was a fun week, crazy jet wars.

That's the one across from Ammu-Nation and near the old motel? If so, I used to love pulling up to it and slaughtering the old folks sitting at the table outside. GIT OFF MA PROPERTY!!

 

Gotta say that I love using the Arcadius office. The roof is solid for sniping at people around the center LS Customs and there's a lower ledge on the southern side that oversees the theatre, which is ace if some MC starts a Stand Your Ground there.
