EWO In Passive

Now I know the community hates tryhards, and I doubt many people will respond to this, but does anybody know how to Easy Way Out quickly while in passive? My friend just flops over in passive, and when I try, I actually have to take the pill or shoot myself.

He probably drops a sticky bomb on the ground as soon as he gets to the spot where he will shoot at you. Then as soon as he is low on health, he acts like a twat and kills himself.

You can't drop a sticky bomb while in passive. Let me try to explain it better, he's in passive, and then he can simply fall over and die. This allows him to skip the passive cooldown and start shooting me as soon as he spawns. He's in a tryhard crew so he's definitely very skilled. I know how to EWO and kill myself with a stickybomb, but I have no idea how to do it in passive mode.

Obvious question? Are you on LG or PC? If so, its pretty much self-explanatory why they could do it.
