Is there any kind of mod/tool that will let me alter the prices of weapons/sprunk sodas/pay n' spray [San Andreas]

I really think that the cash system in SP is just a bit too easy for me. I want to alter the prices so for example a pay n' spray would be 3000 instead of 100, that a satchel charge would be 20000 etc. Been looking for it all over the place but can't seem to find it... Thank you!

You can use the Sanny Builder to edit the Mission Script (main.scm & shopping.scm) and change the prices of the properties and pickups. There's no mod for it. You will have to do it yourself.
