I want to make passive money with the bunker. But those restock missions take alot of time. So I bought the supplies for 75.000$.

When I sold them I only got 75.000$ back. Now my question : Do I need to upgrade my bunker? Or am I doing something wrong here?

You are definitely right to buy supplies. It is definitely worth buying staff and equipment upgrades too.

 

Not sure why all your supplies only produced 75k of stock though. If that's the case, try shutting down the bunker and starting it up again.

On the laptop where you buy supplies and upgrade, there is an option to shut down.

Which bunker do you own?

 

The better locations are Chumash or farmhouse, Chumash is a lot cheaper though

 

Paleto is by far the worst

I have got the one in Plaeto Bay. Should I move to another one? But that switch will be expensive

From what you said, your current bunker is not upgrraded with the staff or equipment

 

The bunker in Chumash is approx $1.6m

 

You will need that amount of money to buy the bunker

 

Once you have bought the new bunker, you will be refunded 50% of the value from the bunker you have just traded in

 

To make the bunker profitable, you need to upgrade the staff and equipment, once upgraded, $70k supplies will produce $140k stock at the local sale price, or $210k at the distance sale price

 

From paleto, you could be going right to the bottom of the map, twice the distance of Chumash

 

I would recommend moving from paleto, it is by far, the worst location

You don't want Paleto Bay Bunker.

Farmhouse and Chumash are probably better.

You would need to get all upgrades, which speeds up the process and gives more value.

With $75,000 worth of Supplies, it would sell for $140,000 at Blaine County but $210,000 at Los Santos.

More money earned if sold while other Organisations present in lobby.

Paleto Bay Bunker? I will not recommend it. I own it, you have to travel a lot of distance for sale or supply missions and this is so bad.
