How do i fix not properly connected textures on GTA 3 , Someone please help ?

I have some mods on GTA 3 , but the textures are not connected properly and have light lines in beetween them like in the picture, Can someone please help me on how to fix this i will really appreciate it .

It would helpful if you were to list what modifications you have. Perhaps it maybe that the mods in itself are not compatible with each other.

Also these are not textures :p That’s the different models not placed correctly
