You will need MOC or Avenger. You can't use it for heists but you can play contact missions with it

I traded in everything I had even my high end sky rise apartment to get the Deluxo. Now I need another 6 million to get full use of it?

Deluxo: $4,721,500 or $3,550,000 (if you do a couple jobs to earn the Trade Price)

Cheapest Bunker: $1,165,000

MoC: $1,225,000

MoC Vehicle Workshop: $955,000

Deluxo Missiles Upgrade: $198,000

 

Cheapest possible total: $7,093,000

 

Safe to assume that most players already had a Bunker and MoC with upgrades by the time the Deluxo dropped though.

They had already been out for about six months.

You right. I recommend you to buy a bunker, it gives you passive +135k every 2.5 hours, so you can easily earn money for MOC and vehicle workshop
