I can't find any of my posts older than June 2012. The "Find Content" feature only displays 40 pages maximum, however this is most likely a standard IPB feature, so I doubt it's a glitch. Mobile version of the site is meant to make the site compact for mobile viewing so of course you're not going to see the same stuff you would as if it was shown on Desktop.
