To CHANGE the plates, you can do 2 things: 1 - buy another plate, there is an icon next to the plate with a "+" sign.. that's to create a new plate. You just have to pay for it this time. 2 - more involved but if you want it for free (I literally JUST did this a few minutes ago): -unlink your social club -change your social club e-mail (you will need another working email to do this cause you have to verify the new e-mail address before it changes it, or you can use a web based temporary email ) -change your social club username -then you can create another account with the same username and e-mail, and you can have another free plate note: You will also have to link everything up again before you can actually apply the plate. This also means you are on a new account so of course the old plate is not in your ifruit app or social club anymore. But unfortunately, you will not be able to get the original plates for each car back again. You will need to start a new game for that.
