Random blips

I have some random mod garage blips over the map. Also there is two clothes store icons at SF's Binco.

 

I don't know what caused it or how to get rid of them. Any help would be appreciated.

I was able to edit the savefile using 010 Editor and OrionSR's template to disable those mod garage blips.

Then uploading and downloading the save from gtasnp to uncorrupt it.

I believe the double blip at San Fierro's Binco is always like that, right?
