I always hated it when some folks considered me "spoiled" simply for having a decently nice car in high school. Felt like an unfair yet understandable assumption to make given a workshy generation.

 

Although, in my case, a once in a lifetime opportunity only then provided me with a budget to throw into an expensive hobby.

I remember having this thought that I was probably that jealous guy that might have had feelings like that towards someone with a nice car like that when we were young. It's just selfish, toxic behaviour. I don't know why maybe a bit if hard work and dedication did come to mind first. Now I really respect the youngfella with the nice car. If he's worked his ass for his, fair play! I was too immature to do anything decent for myself like that.

'Hillbilly' - derived from 'Billy Boys', or more formally, followers of King William of Orange. Protestant Scots who moved to Appalachia and surrounding areas of the USA. 

 

So the term does refer to an ethnic group, or so I reckon.

Impatient people in Restaurants. 

 

Now there is impatience I understand, if you've been waiting for way too long and not even been acknowledged or your food is taking much longer than expected.

 

However, my cousin is the literal worst. We'll be in there for literally a few minutes waiting and he'll already complain about it 'taking too long'. Even when it's obviously really busy.

Friends who are friends but outside of certain times & places don't think about you or invite you to social outings / hangouts.  Yeah I'm real salty about that one.

This one hurts. I've gone through this myself, more so when I was younger though. I was always that "friend" that everyone just used as backup if nobody else wanted to come outside. I started to notice it more and more so I eventually stopped hanging out with those people. 

 

These days I have a few real friends I actually see in real life, and a lot of fake ones or people I barely spoke to added on Facebook. Most who I haven't seen since School/College. I do feel lonely sometimes, but I do think it's better not being associated with those kinds of people much.
