[SA] VC style high RPM sounds

I'd recently played VC again and I noticed that when you hold handbrake with throttle, the sound is in high RPM.... In SA, it is at low and steady RPM... which isn't that real.... Is there any way to make SA steady RPM sounds sound like the high RPM ones from VC?
