Well, they did reference us in GTA V. At Franklin's VineWood house there's a huge piece of realistic steak on the 1st floor that belongs to Chop. It went largely unnoticed on this forum to my surprise back in the day. But it's there

I'm expecting more realistic steak on RDR2 now. Maybe a realistic steak we can use to heal our eye wounds from underground fightclub fist fights. Or something.
