Anyway to change the drive-by shooting aim sensitivity? (PS3)

I'm having trouble with this mission (Buoys Ahoy) and I wanted to kill the enemies quick because I always flip the boat and have to start over the mission which is really annoying.

 

I'm also having trouble with the drive-by shooting aim sensitivity. It's literally impossible to kill the people because of how fast the sensitivity is.

 

I tried to lower the aim sensitivity but it only works on foot. Auto aim doesn't work on vehicles either.

 

Is there a way to change the aim sensitivity for vehicles, I don't want to go back to GTA V because of its awful police system.
